Senior Staff Product Manager, Browser Control Plat...
Why Mozilla? Mozilla Corporation is the non-profit-backed technology company that has shaped the internet for the better over the last 25 years. We make pioneering brands like Firefox, the privacy-minded web browser. Now, with more than 225 million people around the world using our products each month, we’re shaping the next 25 years of technology and helping to reclaim an internet built for people, not companies. Our work focuses on diverse areas including AI, social media, security and more. And we’re doing this while never losing our focus on our core mission – to make the internet better for people. The Mozilla Corporation is wholly owned by the non-profit 501(c) Mozilla Foundation. This means we aren’t beholden to any shareholders — only to our mission. Along with thousands of volunteer contributors and collaborators all over the world, Mozillians design, build and distribute open-source software that enables people to enjoy the internet on their terms. About this team and role: This role owns the foundation that lets other software drive Firefox: the secure, reliable connection an outside tool or another team uses to act inside the browser, and the building blocks they call to do it. It enables the teams building on it — internal teams, outside AI tools — to create their own products on top. This role owns the shared layer and the strategy for it. It’s a hands-on, technical role in a fast-moving, greenfield space, so it’s as much strategy as execution. The opportunity is broad: internal teams (Smart Window, New Products’ automated tools), outside AI tools and their users, and web developers. The three share much of the underlying technology, but each reaches its market in a different way. The mandate is to figure out what to go after, and in what order. What you’ll do: - Own the shared foundation and the building blocks it gives other software, and make them reliable and secure. - Push the open standard (WebDriver BiDi) forward, and build Firefox-only advantages the standard won’t cover - Design the safety controls: let a person approve actions, see when software is acting for them, and take back control. - Define the strategy for any major third-party AI assistants people already use. - Serve internal teams (Smart Window, New Products) and outside tools through one shared layer. Measured on: Adoption across teams and tools, volume of usage through the platform, and sustained reliability and security. What you'll bring: - A product-minded engineer, or a very technical PM who can drive a technical product - Developer-space experience, with the range to think about consumers and internal platforms - Comfortable setting strategy in ambiguity; own a technical contract other teams depend on - Strong instincts on security and trust. Nice to have: web standards, MCP, browser automation What you’ll get: - Generous performance-based bonus plans to all eligible employees - we share in our success as one team - Rich medical, dental, and vision coverage - Generous retirement contributions with 100% immediate vesting (regardless of whether you contribute) - Quarterly all-company wellness days where everyone takes a pause together - Country specific holidays plus a day off for your birthday - One-time home office stipend - Annual professional development budget - Quarterly well-being stipend - Considerable paid parental leave - Employee referral bonus program - Other benefits (life/AD&D, disability, EAP, etc. - varies by country) About Mozilla Mozilla exists to build the Internet as a public resource accessible to all because we believe that open and free is better than closed and controlled. When you work at Mozilla, you give yourself a chance to make a difference in the lives of Web users everywhere. And you give us a chance to make a difference in your life every single day. Join us to work on the Web as the platform and help create more opportunity and innovation for everyone online. Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging Mozilla understands that valuing diverse creative practices and forms of knowledge are crucial to and enrich the company’s core mission. We encourage applications from everyone, including members of all equity-seeking communities, such as (but certainly not limited to) women, racialized and Indigenous persons, persons with disabilities, persons of all sexual orientation s, gender identities, and expressions. Product Manager, Safe Access
About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role As Claude reaches more people, including individuals, businesses, developers building on our APIs, and the platforms and resellers building on top of those, knowing who is on the other side of a request and what they are allowed to do becomes foundational to running our products responsibly. Creating a centralized identity, verification, and access system that every Claude surface draws on is important to accomplishing our mission. We are hiring a Product Manager to own the safe access. The primitives are the building blocks the rest of Anthropic uses to manage access to models and capabilities: access programs, accounts, organization linking, verifications, user APIs for platforms, and the internal tooling teams use. You will own the end-to-end product experience and strategy for internal and external access,, across every surface. This is a role for a strong executor with the ability to be agile in shipping in a 0-1 product space. Safe access is a new product that sits on the critical path of every model launch and every access program. Requirements arrive from many organizations at once, and most weeks you will be the person defining the problem rather than receiving it. Key responsibilities - Own the product strategy and roadmap for the account and access primitives, with the goal that any team at Anthropic can provision access or run an access program with minimal support. This is highly ambiguous and requires a lot of cross team coordination and deep understanding of the systems of today. - Own the end-to-end experience of getting and managing access for internal stakeholders (research, model launches, safeguards, go-to-market) and for external customers and partners, and keep it consistent across every surface. This requires thinking through many user types, with vastly different experiences. - Support the API designs and the UX of the access APIs that platforms, resellers, and internal services integrate with. Work through the designs with engineering and make calls on the primitives yourself. - Partner with the trusted access and verification product managers so that new programs compose from shared primitives rather than one-off builds. - Coordinate across the product, safeguards, legal, and go-to-market teams, and drive alignment when their requirements conflict. Minimum qualifications - Are a strong executor with a track record of shipping through ambiguity and cross-organization dependencies. - Write clearly enough that an engineer, an executive, and an external partner can each see the tradeoff you are making. - Have owned a developer platform, identity, authorization, or access-management product end to end, and were the person accountable for its outcomes (for most people this means five or more years as a PM, but we care about the ownership, not the years). - Care about Anthropic's mission, and specifically about scaling access to Claude safely. Preferred qualifications - 8+ years of product management experience - Experience with multi-tenant platforms consumed by first-party apps, direct API customers, and third parties building on top - Built account, identity, or subscription systems that span more than one product - Taken a product from zero to one, where the users, the product, and the requirements all had to be worked out at once The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $305,000 - $385,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Staff Product Security Engineer
At Affirm, we exist for the moments that matter—giving people a clear, predictable way to pay over time, with no hidden fees, no surprises, and no tradeoffs on what matters most. The InfoSec team protects Affirm’s systems and data from evolving threats. We manage security risk, monitor vulnerabilities, and enforce protective controls across the company. The team leads incident response, compliance, identity and access management, and employee training. Our goal is to ensure that security is built into every system and decision at Affirm. We maintain a secure, trustworthy environment so the business can operate and grow with confidence. In this role, you'll build and run Affirm's end-to-end security review process for enterprise AI/LLM systems evaluating architecture, prioritizing AI-specific risks, and designing the controls and guardrails that let Affirm adopt AI safely, partnering across Security, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, IT, and Engineering to make it scalable and repeatable. What you’ll do - You will lead and continuously improve Affirm's enterprise AI security review process evaluating the architecture, data flows, permissions, and design of internal AI tools, agentic/MCP-based systems, and AI features — and embed security requirements into the design phase. - You will threat model AI/LLM-based systems and their data flows for risks such as prompt injection, insecure output handling, excessive agency, tool-permission abuse, data poisoning, and sensitive-data exposure, and drive remediation. - You will review source code, system prompts, agent configurations, and tool/permission manifests (e.g., MCP definitions), and help tool owners build security-focused test cases and red-team/eval scenarios to verify requirements before launch. - You will design and build security guardrails and tooling for AI systems permission boundaries, authn/authz for agentic tools and MCP servers, data-handling controls, logging/monitoring, and policy-as-code (Python, IaC) — to enforce and automate AI security. - You will evaluate the AI capabilities of third-party SaaS vendors (e.g., Notion, Slack, Google Workspace) as part of vendor and SaaS security reviews and drive risk-based adoption decisions. - You will identify emerging classes of AI/agentic security vulnerabilities, develop mitigations before they become incidents, and contribute to AI-specific incident response playbooks as a senior escalation point. - You will lead cross-functional AI security initiatives to closure, advise technical and executive stakeholders as an internal point of expertise, and stay current on the AI security landscape (OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS) to translate new research into practical controls. What we look for - You are a seasoned security engineer with hands-on experience designing, evaluating, and maintaining security architecture for AI/LLM-based systems, plus deep expertise in enterprise security systems, processes, and controls. - You have practical experience threat modeling and reviewing AI/LLM applications (e.g., against the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications) and securing agentic systems and tool-calling frameworks — MCP servers/clients, tool-permission models, and agent-to-tool trust boundaries. - You have built AI governance artifacts (acceptable use policy, data-handling standards, vendor/model risk assessments) and evaluated AI capabilities within SaaS platforms (e.g., Notion AI, Slack AI, Google Workspace AI, GitHub Copilot) as part of vendor reviews. - You have experience with enterprise tools for AI visibility and control (e.g., CASB, IDP/Okta) and familiarity with the corporate systems where AI is adopted (OpenAI, Anthropic, GitHub, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Jira). - You can build security tooling, guardrails, and detections with Python or similar, and deploy cloud services and policy-as-code using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar); familiarity with Kubernetes and AWS. - You understand how LLMs and agentic systems are built (RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning, tool use) and authn/authz models (OAuth2, SAML, service-account/non-human identities) for agentic and machine-to-machine access, with strong application-architecture and threat-modeling fundamentals. - You can lead cross-functional initiatives across Security, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance and drive them to closure, and communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences. Experience in regulated environments (SOC 2, PCI DSS) and applying IAM to non-human/agent identities is a plus. Product Marketing Manager, Special Projects
About the role We're looking for a senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market for Anthropic's highest-priority special projects — the cross-cutting launches, new capabilities, and time-sensitive initiatives that don't map neatly to a single product line but matter enormously to how the market understands Claude and Anthropic. You'll own positioning, messaging, and narrative development for these projects end to end, and you'll also own the program: pulling together product, research, comms, sales, and marketing stakeholders, building the plan, and driving it to launch. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who operates with a high degree of autonomy. You'll frequently be handed an ambiguous, technically complex problem — sometimes deep in areas like safety and cyber — with a tight timeline and no existing playbook, and be expected to shape the story, build the plan, and ship. If you're a product marketer who is equally strong at crafting the narrative and running the launch, and you want to work on the projects that define the frontier of AI, this role is for you. Responsibilities - Own go-to-market strategy for a rotating portfolio of special projects, from positioning and messaging through launch execution and enablement - Develop crisp, differentiated narratives for net-new capabilities and initiatives, often where no established market category or language yet exists - Translate complex technical subject matter — including safety and safeguards work — into clear, credible messaging for developers, enterprise buyers, and the broader ecosystem - Act as the program lead for each project: define the launch plan, timeline, and workstreams; align cross-functional stakeholders; and drive execution across product, research, comms, demand generation, and sales - Create the core launch assets and source-of-truth materials — messaging frameworks, narratives, FAQs, enablement content — that other teams build from - Partner with Product and Research leads to shape how projects are framed and sequenced for the market, feeding back market and competitive insight - Build repeatable frameworks and playbooks so that special projects become faster and more consistent to bring to market over time - Operate as a trusted, independent owner: surface risks early, make judgment calls in ambiguity, and keep leadership informed without needing close direction Minimum Requirements - Product marketing background; an exceptional writer and messaging craftsperson — positioning, narrative, and copy are your strengths, not just strategy decks - Strong program management instincts and have personally run complex, multi-stakeholder launches end to end - Can get comfortable with technical subject matter quickly and communicate it accurately to both technical and non-technical audiences - Work autonomously — you're energized by being handed an ambiguous problem and trusted to figure out the path - Skilled cross-functional collaborator who can align product, research, comms, and sales partners without formal authority - Thrive in fast-moving, high-pressure environments where priorities shift and the playbook hasn't been written yet Preferred Requirements - 10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B or enterprise software, with a track record as a senior individual contributor - Experience marketing AI/ML products, developer platforms, or infrastructure — a developer-platform background is valuable but not required - Experience marketing in areas with significant trust, safety, security, or regulatory dimensions - A track record of launching products or capabilities that created a new market category - Prior experience in a special projects, launch lead, or "fixer" style role that spanned multiple product lines - Experience at a high-growth technology company during a category-defining period Role-specific policy: For this role, we expect all staff to be able to work from our San Francisco office at least 2 days a week, though we encourage you to apply even if you might need some flexibility for an interim period of time for relocation. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $320,000 - $320,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Director of Product, Ecosystem
The era of pervasive AI has arrived. In this era, organizations will use generative AI to unlock hidden value in their data, accelerate processes, reduce costs, drive efficiency and innovation to fundamentally transform their businesses and operations at scale. SambaNova Suite™ is the first full-stack, generative AI platform, from chip to model, optimized for enterprise and government organizations. Powered by the intelligent SN40L chip, the SambaNova Suite is a fully integrated platform, delivered on-premises or in the cloud, combined with state-of-the-art open-source models that can be easily and securely fine-tuned using customer data for greater accuracy. Once adapted with customer data, customers retain model ownership in perpetuity, so they can turn generative AI into one of their most valuable assets. SambaNova builds the RDU, a dataflow accelerator for AI inference, and delivers it as rack-scale systems for on-premises deployment, as managed capacity in partner data centers (SambaManaged), and as an API (SambaCloud). Our customers are clouds, governments, and enterprises building token factories: data center capacity dedicated to running agentic AI workloads. The RDU's advantage is in decode, and it is increasingly deployed alongside GPUs that handle prefill. SambaNova earns revenue from that advantage only if three things happen: the right models run on the platform at the right time, the surrounding ecosystem of serving engines, networking, storage, and orchestration treats RDU as a first-class target, and the company concentrates its engineering on the bets with the highest payoff. Core Product is the team responsible for those three things. It decides what SambaNova builds and why, grounds those decisions in benchmarks, competitive intelligence, and unit economics, and partners with engineering to see them through to release. Responsibilities SambaNova is hiring a Director of Product, Ecosystem to own ecosystem strategy for our core products across scale-out networking, inference serving, storage and caching, prefill compute, agentic CPU offload, and compiler and RDU research: which integrations we pursue, how we position them, and how partners deploy them. Customers deploy RDU in token factories alongside other vendors' hardware and software. This role decides how RDU integrates at each layer, ships the reference architectures and certifications partners deploy from, and converts that work into demand. It sets the partner strategy that domain product managers and engineering execute within. This individual will be responsible for: Ecosystem strategy - Define where RDU integrates into each customer segment's token factory: prefill compute, caching storage, scale-out networking, and agentic CPU offload alongside RDU decode. - Make explicit build, partner, or ignore decisions for each integration area, write down the reasoning, and revisit it quarterly. - Anchor positioning on decode economics: tokens per second per user, cost per million tokens, and latency tiers. - Maintain a versioned ecosystem map with a changelog. Partner enablement - Publish joint reference architectures for each integration area, with defined integration points next to RDU decode. - Own certification of RDU against the common cloud-native stack: Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and managed-stack vendors. - Ship operators, metrics exporters, dashboards, and integration documentation as maintained products rather than one-off deliverables. - Treat enablement as complete only when a cloud provider or partner can deploy from the reference architecture without SambaNova engineering support. Core software ecosystem - Secure and deliver co-optimization work with inference-engine builders (vLLM, SGLang, llm-d) and system-software optimizers so their runtimes run efficiently on RDU. - Represent SambaNova in PyTorch and MLIR community work. - Connect SambaNova's compiler and RDU research to the external ecosystem so programmability improvements reach the frameworks and toolchains partners build on. - Support co-engineering with model partners so flagship open models run fastest on RDU. Demand conversion - Run joint go-to-market with token-factory partners where the buyer and the data center are shared. - Own the analyst relationships with Marketing: supply benchmark data to SemiAnalysis and Artificial Analysis and co-develop token-factory reference guidance so buyers' TCO models reflect RDU's decode advantage. - Feed partner and integration signal into product bets and competitive intelligence, in partnership with the Product Strategy and Competitive Intelligence lead. Positioning and education - Own external positioning for the core product surface: how networking, serving, storage, prefill, and offload fit together in a token factory. - Produce internal educational content on the ecosystem for SambaNova teams. - Deliver a quarterly ecosystem scorecard to the executive team: partner deployments, reference architectures shipped, benchmark results, and partner-attached pipeline. How We Measure This Role We measure this role by partner deployments and partner-attached pipeline. MOUs, press releases, and announced logos do not count until the partner has deployed. Basic Qualifications - 10+ years in AI infrastructure, accelerators, or data center systems, including 8+ years in product management with direct ownership of ecosystem, platform, or partner-facing product. - Shipped partner-facing product artifacts (reference architectures, certification programs, or integration surfaces) that external teams adopted. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. Additional Required Qualifications - Working fluency across scale-out networking, inference serving, storage and caching, prefill and decode disaggregation, CPU offload, and compiler toolchains, with depth in at least two. - Track record of converting partnerships into measurable deployments, demand, or revenue. - Fluency in inference economics: cost per million tokens, tokens per second per user, and latency and throughput tradeoffs by workload. - Comfortable owning a strategy that other organizations execute. Technical depth in both network fabric topologies and inference serving stacks. - Concise, quantified written communication for executive audiences. Preferred Qualifications - Experience at both a silicon or systems vendor (for example, the CUDA, ROCm, or oneAPI ecosystems, or an inference accelerator startup) and at a model lab or inference provider. - Has closed and delivered at least one co-optimization engagement with a model provider. - Contributions to, or close working relationships with, the vLLM, SGLang, llm-d, PyTorch, or MLIR communities. - Exposure to hardware sales cycles: racks, data center constraints (power, cooling, density), and financing-backed deals. - Has run joint go-to-market with networking, storage, or compute vendors that share a common buyer. Base Salary Range: Base Pay Range $243,000 - $297,000 USD Submission Guidelines Please note that in order to be considered an applicant for any position at SambaNova Systems, you must submit an application form for each position for which you believe you are qualified. EEO Policy SambaNova Systems is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard basis of age (40 and over), color, disability, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, military or veteran status, national origin/ancestry, race, religion, creed, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding), sexual orientation, and any other applicable status protected by federal, state, or local laws. Every day, tens of millions of people come to Roblox to explore, create, play, learn, and connect with friends in 3D immersive digital experiences– all created by our global community of developers and creators. At Roblox, we’re building the tools and platform that empower our community to bring any experience that they can imagine to life. Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there. A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone. Unlike anywhere else in AI right now, Roblox is building AI for creation. The mission of our Foundation AI team is to put generative AI in the hands of millions of creators. Last year, we shipped our first 3D foundation model, which turns text prompt into a production-ready 3D object. We're now pushing further into multi-modal input, like image, video, and 3D assets, and toward 4D, fully interactive worlds, all while developers keep full control of their game rules and physics. Creators use these models to build everything from a single 3D object to an entire playable world, reaching tens of millions of people every day. That end-to-end loop, from a creator's first prompt to a player's first moment inside an experience, is what makes this space different. The story of what these tools can do, and where they're headed, is still largely untold. We are looking for a world-class Senior Product Marketing Manager to define how Roblox communicates the future of AI-powered creation. This is a high-visibility role requiring a blend of technical fluency, narrative craft, and the cross-functional instincts to move quickly in one of the most dynamic spaces in the industry. You will be embedded with our Foundation AI product and engineering teams, earning fluency at the intersection of deep technical innovation and a creator community that cares intensely about what gets built. You will build the brief, run the launch, and shape how millions of creators understand what is possible today and where we’re headed. This role is based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters on a hybrid model, in-person three days a week, and reports into the Director of Creator Product Marketing. You Will: - Own the positioning and messaging for our Foundation AI products and turn technical capability into narratives that earn trust and drive action with creators. - Use the tools you are marketing. Hands-on product familiarity produces better stories than any spec sheet. - Stay ahead of the AI landscape. Develop a point of view on where Roblox sits and articulate what makes AI-native creation genuinely distinct. - Thread individual launches into a larger arc. In a fast-shipping environment, you build the through-line that shows creators where we are going and why it matters. - Move fast and bring people with you. You have the instincts to act quickly and the relationship skills to keep partners aligned without slowing down. - Close the loop between market and product. You bring creator sentiment and market signals into roadmap conversations just as naturally as you build the external narrative from them. - Think beyond launch day. You are energized by driving adoption and building the sustained education that turns a feature into a habit. You Have: - 8+ years of Product Marketing experience at a high-growth technology company, with a track record in developer tools, AI products, or technical platforms - Genuine curiosity about AI. You follow the space, have opinions about it, and are comfortable enough to use it, experiment with it, and explain it without oversimplifying. - Narrative instinct. You find the “so what” in a dense technical briefing and make complex work legible and worth caring about. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the range to adapt your voice for a developer community, an exec, or a creative brief. - Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment. You quarterback GTM across Comms, Legal, DevRel, and Creative and keep things moving without losing people. - Deep creator empathy and a collaborative nature. You build trust with engineering and product partners because you take their work as seriously as they do. For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page . Annual Salary Range $263,710 - $300,940 USD Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted). You might thrive in this role if you: - Bring exceptional interaction and visual design craft and are motivated to raise the quality of design across OpenAI. - Are a highly generative designer who explores broadly, iterates deeply, and turns ideas into concrete, polished product direction. - Pair strong craft with deep product and systems thinking. - Have led substantial, ambiguous, or zero-to-one product areas and can help shape both vision and execution. - Can design thoughtful experiences for sensitive, high-trust, or safety-critical contexts. - Understand how to create products that are engaging and intuitive without compromising safety or clarity. - Can navigate the needs of multiple audiences, including young people, educators, administrators, and institutional partners. - Communicate clearly, build alignment across disciplines, and remain hands-on throughout the product-development process. - Are energized by the opportunity to define how AI can support learning while serving young people responsibly.
