Product Manager, E-Invoicing
About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies — from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups — use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to grow the GDP of the internet, and we won't stop until we've made it easy for any business anywhere to participate in the digital economy. About the role Governments around the world are fundamentally changing how businesses report and exchange transactions. Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC) and e-invoicing mandates — now active or imminent in France, Germany, Spain, Poland, and across Latin America — require businesses to transmit structured invoice data through certified government networks in real time. For Stripe's global user base, compliant e-invoicing is rapidly becoming a prerequisite for conducting commerce, not a nice-to-have. We're building the e-invoicing infrastructure that makes this invisible for Stripe users. That means embedding compliant invoice generation, validation, and transmission directly into Stripe Billing and Invoicing — abstracting the full complexity of regional mandates and network certification behind a seamless product experience. This is a high-impact, greenfield role. You'll own Stripe's e-invoicing product end-to-end: setting the strategy, driving execution, and making Stripe the go-to solution for businesses navigating the global shift to real-time invoicing compliance. You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, partnerships, and go-to-market — and you'll be laying the foundation for a capability that will matter to every Stripe user operating in a mandated market. What you'll do - Own the e-invoicing product vision and roadmap, translating complex and evolving regulatory requirements into a coherent multi-year strategy - Drive Stripe's expansion across mandated global markets (France, Germany, Spain, Poland) and into Latin America, sequencing coverage pragmatically against enforcement timelines - Lead build, buy, and partner decisions — evaluating the right combination of internal investment and external capabilities to meet compliance deadlines without sacrificing long-term product quality - Define and own the end-to-end user journey: from onboarding (including business identity verification) to live invoice transmission via certified networks like Peppol - Work closely with the Billing, Invoicing, Tax, and Connect teams to embed e-invoicing as a native part of Stripe's financial infrastructure — not a bolted-on feature - Establish quality, reliability, and activation metrics that hold every component of the e-invoicing stack accountable, and use those metrics to drive continuous improvement - Partner with GTM, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to position Stripe as the leading e-invoicing solution for upmarket and enterprise customers - Represent Stripe credibly with regulators, certification bodies, and industry partners as we build direct relationships with key tax authorities and networks Who you are Required - 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B fintech, payments, tax, or compliance-adjacent product domain - Deep familiarity with the e-invoicing landscape — you understand CTC frameworks, structured invoice formats (Factur-X, XRechnung, PEPPOL BIS), and the regulatory dynamics driving mandates in Europe and Latin America - Strong technical fluency: you can credibly partner with engineers on API design, data schemas, and network integration architecture - Demonstrated ability to run a build/buy/partner analysis and translate the output into concrete roadmap decisions - Experience launching products across multiple markets simultaneously, including navigating localization, regulatory compliance, and differing user needs - Excellent cross-functional leadership — you get things done across Engineering, Legal, Finance, and GTM without formal authority - Clear, direct communication: you can distill a complex compliance landscape into a compelling product narrative for both internal stakeholders and external audiences Nice to have - Experience integrating third-party technology providers or acquisitions into a core product platform - Familiarity with Stripe Billing, Invoicing, or Tax products - Prior experience building toward Peppol access point certification or direct integrations with national tax authority platforms (e.g., Chorus Pro, KSeF) - Exposure to B2B invoicing workflows in mid-market or enterprise contexts Why this role, why now E-invoicing is one of the most consequential shifts in global business compliance in a decade, and Stripe is early in building the infrastructure to make it effortless. You'll have the mandate, the resources, and the cross-functional backing to build something significant — and the chance to make Stripe synonymous with world-class e-invoicing. Stripe is an equal opportunity employer. We look for people with exceptional abilities, who are excited by hard problems and big opportunities.
Product Lead, Data Products
About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the Team Every business running on Stripe eventually asks the same questions: What's happening with my business? What does it mean for my company? How do I reconcile my books? And how do I get my Stripe data into my own systems and apps? This is all becoming even more important in the era of AI, where merchant’s agents need the right access to, and understanding of, Stripe’s data. The Data Products team exists to answer those questions — at any scale, for any business. We build the products that turn Stripe's rich transaction data into understanding and action: Sigma for deep SQL-powered analytics, Stripe Data Pipeline for delivering Stripe data directly into merchants' own warehouses and applications, and databases for surfacing the right insight, in context, right inside the Dashboard. Our users range from a founder running their first revenue report to an enterprise finance team reconciling millions of transactions across dozens of markets, to any agent working on a merchant’s behalf. What they all share is a need to trust their data, understand their business, and move fast. We make that possible. About the Role As the PM leading Data Products, you will own the product strategy and execution for Stripe's merchant-facing data portfolio — defining what it means for Stripe to be the best data platform for our merchants and agents. You'll set the direction across Sigma, SDP, and other data products, lead a team of PMs, and work closely with engineering, design, sales, and Stripe customers to shape how businesses access, analyze, and act on their Stripe data. This is a high-stakes, high-visibility role. Data access is increasingly a core buying criterion for Stripe's largest customers, and the competitive landscape for data portability and embedded analytics is evolving fast. You'll need to think strategically about platform positioning, lead through ambiguity, and ship products that work flawlessly for a very sophisticated user base. What You'll Do - Set and own the product strategy for Stripe’s data products, defining the multi-year vision and translating it into a coherent roadmap that balances enterprise growth, self-serve expansion, and platform quality - Lead and develop a PM team. Manage, mentor, and hire PMs; build a high-caliber team culture with strong product craft and clear ownership - Drive revenue and retention outcomes. Deeply understand the commercial role of data products in Stripe's sales and self serve motions and build accordingly - Define what "great" looks like for merchant data access — from schema design and query performance to delivery reliability, latency SLAs, and integrations with third-party warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks) - Partner with enterprise customers. Engage directly with Stripe's largest users to understand how they use and rely on their Stripe data, and feed those insights back into the roadmap - Navigate deep technical complexity. Work fluently with data engineering and infrastructure teams on the underlying Reporting Data Warehouse and data pipeline architecture - Anticipate the AI shift. Identify how AI-native workflows (agentic data access, natural language querying, automated reporting) should reshape the product surface over the next 2–3 years - Communicate and influence broadly. Write crisp strategy docs, earn trust from senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Finance, and represent Data Products clearly at the leadership level Who You Are - 10+ years in product management, including experience leading or managing PM teams of 5+ PMs - Deep expertise in data products. You have shipped at least one of: a BI/analytics tool, a data integration product, a warehouse connector, or a developer data API - Strong commercial intuition. You understand how data products drive enterprise deal velocity, expansion, and retention, and you've worked closely with Sales and CS on product strategy - Technically fluent. You can hold your own in discussions about data pipeline architecture, warehouse connectors, SQL query execution, and data delivery semantics; you don't need to write the code but you need to understand the tradeoffs - Exceptional written communicator. You write with the clarity and precision Stripe's culture demands, from a tight decision memo to a multi-year strategy narrative - High ownership instincts. You proactively identify what needs to happen, move fast without waiting for permission, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes - Comfortable in a complex stakeholder environment. Data products touch engineering, enterprise sales, customer success, finance, and legal; you can align them without losing pace Nice to Have - Experience building products on top of or integrating with major cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks) - Familiarity with Stripe's data model and the kinds of analytics questions merchants care about (payments, disputes, revenue recognition, reconciliation) - Background in fintech or payments — you understand the data complexity that comes with operating across hundreds of payment methods, currencies, and regulatory regimes Why This Role Stripe's merchants run their businesses on Stripe data. When Stripe’s data products surface the right insight at the right moment — merchants make better decisions, and they stay on Stripe. This role is a direct lever on that outcome. You'll have meaningful scope, a strong team, and the opportunity to define what world-class data access looks like for the most important businesses in the world.

Senior Product Manager, Scaled Abuse
Discord has a highly engaged community of millions of daily active users who use the platform for many different reasons, but there’s one thing that nearly everyone does: play video games. Discord plays a uniquely important role in the future of gaming, and we are focused on making it easier and more fun for people to hang out before, during, and after playing games. At the heart of Discord's communities is Safety. The Safety team at Discord is responsible for ensuring users find belonging by minimizing exposure to abuse on the platform. We're looking for a Product Manager to lead our work on scaled abuse — fake accounts, account takeovers, scraping — and help keep Discord a safe and welcoming place. Reporting to our safety Group Product Manager, you'll create the vision, build the systems, and lead the cross-functional strategy that detects and prevents scaled abuse before it reaches our users. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role with significant room to shape strategy, drive investment, and define how we measure and win in this space. What You'll Be Doing - Own the product philosophy, vision, and multi-quarter roadmap for scaled abuse, spanning fake accounts, ATO, scraping, and recidivism detection — prioritizing proactive, foundational investments that compound across the platform. - Define, own, and socialize the north-star metrics for the space and report progress against those goals to the relevant stakeholders. - Translate threat research into forward-looking defensive product work, so our roadmap focus’s on the highest-leverage defensive investments rather than one-off firefights - Drive cross-functional execution with growth, security, anti-abuse and product teams to minimize impact of abuse on our users. This work spans machine learning solutions, heuristics, and building delightful features in-app. - Partner with product teams across Discord to embed abuse resistance into new surfaces before they ship. What you should have - Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, excited about finding solutions to complex, adversarial problems and then executing on them. - Passionate about Discord and about keeping users safe from abuse at scale. - 5+ years of experience as a product manager building and shipping great software, including driving prioritization, trade-offs, and timelines. Some of that experience should include designing and shipping user-facing anti-abuse features. - Strong product sense and pride in understanding Discord and our users. - Strong analytical ability to quickly organize and leverage data to make informed product decisions with cross-functional stakeholders. - Previous work in spam, abuse, fraud, account integrity, Trust & Safety, or a strong passion to learn the space. - Sufficient technical domain expertise to drive alignment on technical requirements with Anti-Abuse, ML, and Security stakeholders. Bonus Points - Familiarity with ML-based detection systems and adversarial attacker dynamics. - BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant technical experience. - Strong sense of delightful UI and UX design. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $196,000 to $220,500+ equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits. Why Discord? Discord plays a uniquely important role in the future of gaming. We're a multiplatform, multigenerational and multiplayer platform that helps people deepen their friendships around games and shared interests, and helps developers build and grow their businesses. We believe games give us a way to have fun with our favorite people, whether listening to music together or grinding in competitive matches for diamond rank. Join us in our mission! Your future is just a click away! Discord is committed to inclusion and providing reasonable accommodations during the interview process. As a Sr. PM on the Agent Integrations team, you will own the vision, prioritization, and execution for 100+ integrations that run directly inside the Datadog Agent from foundational infrastructure (MySQL, Kafka, Kubernetes) to the rapidly growing landscape of self-hosted AI and on-premise enterprise technologies. This is a high-impact, breadth-first role at the intersection of infrastructure observability and the frontier of AI-native workloads. Product Manager, Growth AI Outreach Motion
Who we are About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the team The Growth team owns the Stripe product-led growth motion for self-serve customers, primarily startups and SMBs. We're responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and growing every business in the world on one or more Stripe products. The team works across the full user lifecycle (signup, onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention) and sits at the intersection of product, data science, engineering, design, marketing, and AI and ML. We're directly accountable for topline self-serve revenue. What you'll do The largest Stripe customers get a dedicated product specialist who understands their business, recommends the right products, and guides them through onboarding and expansion. This role exists to bring that same quality of guidance to every Stripe user, leveraging AI, at scale. You'll define and build the experience that delivers personalized guidance leveraging AI across the full user journey, from first question through activation and expansion. Inbound users range from early-stage startups picking their first product to larger prospects who need a sales engagement. Your system must match each user to the right path and ensure no one falls through the cracks. Stripe has strong building blocks in this area (product recommendations, onboarding flows, merchant context, and outreach infrastructure), but no unified motion tying them together. Your role is to define the AI specialist motion, ship it, and own the revenue it generates. You'll start with inbound prospects, then extend into onboarding, cross-sell, and outbound, building a system where each interaction makes Stripe smarter about what a business needs and when. Responsibilities - Define the AI specialist—what it knows, how it engages, where it draws the line, and when it hands off. Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. - Launch and scale the inbound motion across chat, voice, and email for prospects and new users seeking help with products, pricing, and getting started. Drive rapid iteration on answer quality and resolution rates. - Build the triage and qualification layer. The AI specialist must assess the user it is engaging with, understand the size and complexity of the opportunity, and route accordingly, guiding smaller users through their full journey while qualifying larger prospects and handing them to sales with rich context. - Define escalation paths to the vendor support team and sales team. Ensure that handoffs are seamless, context is preserved, and no user interaction is left unresolved. - Scale past the first interaction into onboarding and cross-sell, leveraging existing Stripe product recommendation, merchant context, onboarding systems, and outreach platform to help users activate products, discover new ones, and grow their usage of Stripe. - Own the revenue this motion produces. Define success metrics and maintain accountability from conversion through expansion, including pipeline generated through AI-qualified leads. - Partner with engineering, AI and ML, design, data science, marketing, sales, and support to execute at pace while maintaining the Stripe bar for quality and trust. Who you are We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum requirements - 5+ years of product management experience, taking products from strategy through to shipped outcomes - Experience building AI-powered, conversational, or agentic products. You understand what it takes to ship AI that works reliably for real users, not just in demos. - A track record of owning revenue or business outcomes through product-led approaches - Experience with hypothesis-driven product development and experimentation at scale - Ability to work across existing systems and synthesize them into a coherent product strategy rather than defaulting to net-new builds - Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to drive alignment across a broad set of stakeholders - An ownership mindset. You do what it takes to solve problems and ship. Preferred qualifications - Experience with growth problems (acquisition, activation, and onboarding) in B2B or B2B2C environments - Hands-on familiarity with LLMs, conversational AI, or agentic architectures. You have shipped products on top of these technologies, not just evaluated them. - Experience building across channels (chat, email, and voice) with an understanding of the tradeoffs between modalities - Background in scaling high-touch human experiences (sales, support, and product specialists) through technology - Comfortable in high-visibility roles with direct accountability for business outcomes

Senior Product Manager - Data Agent
Today, everyone from PMs to Sales to SREs uses AI to query their business data - but every answer is a one-off with no governance, no consistency, and no visibility for data teams. We're building the system that fixes this: a context layer that learns from existing data tools driving high quality and consistent answers, an AI-powered query experience, full governance for data teams, and rich analysis surfaces to present and share the results. You'd be building a zero to one product of what we believe will become a major new product line for Datadog. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What you'll do - Drive the product vision and roadmap spanning the Data agent experience, the semantic/context layer, governance console, chat experience and analysis surfaces (dashboards, notebooks, sheets) - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch, working with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers and other PMs - Deeply understand the needs of two key personas: data teams (who govern and curate) and data consumers (PMs, engineers, SREs, executives who ask questions) - Design the context and governance layer that makes AI-powered analytics trustworthy - including auto-generation from existing BI tools, eval frameworks, confidence scoring, and self-improvement loops - Define how observability data and business data come together to serve unique use cases - Engage directly with early customers and internal dogfooding users to iterate on accuracy, usability, and trust - Independently research the competitive landscape across legacy BI vendors, warehouse-native analytics, AI-first startups, and AI labs - Work on the product pricing - Work with GTM teams to define positioning, packaging, and the path to displacing entrenched tools Who you are - 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management, with at least some of it spent on data-intensive or analytics products - You have domain knowledge of business intelligence, data visualization, semantic layers, data warehouses and the modern data stack. - Strong analytical skills - you can write SQL, interpret complex data, and use data to drive product decisions - Experience with AI/LLM-powered products is a strong plus - you understand prompt engineering, evals, and the unique UX challenges of non-deterministic systems - You are AI-pilled. You live in Claude Code or Cursor, have built unique AI workflows for yourself, hack around with new tools. etc - You have a strong sense of ownership with an entrepreneurial mindset - this is a 0-to-1 product that requires someone comfortable with ambiguity and speed - Sharp communication skills with the ability to interact with technical stakeholders and executives alike. - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience is a plus Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply. Benefits and Growth: - Generous and competitive benefits package - New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan - Continuous career development and pathing opportunities - Employee-focused best in class onboarding - Internal mentor and cross-departmental buddy program - Friendly and inclusive workplace culture Benefits and Growth listed above may vary based on the country of your employment and the nature of your employment with Datadog. Associate Product Marketing Manager
Perplexity is revolutionizing how companies get work done. We are seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our team and serve as the bridge between how our products actually work and how the world learns to use them. You will develop the deepest product understanding on the team and translate it into webinars and education materials that inspire adoption and drive growth. If you have a passion for understanding how things work, thrive in taking something complex and making it simple, and want to build a world-class product education engine that turns new users into power users, this role is for you. RESPONSIBILITIES - Know the product cold. Develop a deeper working knowledge of our products than anyone else in marketing, using every feature the day it ships, building the workflows yourself, and staying close to the teams that built them. - Turn complexity into clarity. Transform complex product capabilities into simple, specific, and accurate explanations, defining not just what we built, but how it works, when to use it, and why it matters. - Teach at scale. Own product webinars end to end, from content and live demos to delivery and follow-up, spanning onboarding series, feature deep-dives, and use-case walkthroughs. - Build the education engine. Create the product education materials our users learn from: how-to guides, demo flows, video walkthroughs, and use-case libraries that make customers materially better at their jobs. - Obsess over the user. Maintain a sharp, real-time view of what users misunderstand and where they get stuck, ensuring our education remains grounded in how people actually use the product rather than how we assume they do. - Measure outcomes, not just outputs. Tie webinars and education content to tangible activation, adoption, and retention, running lightweight experiments to iterate fast on format, content, and delivery. QUALIFICATIONS - 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, customer education, business development, or a related role, ideally within a high-growth technology company, or work that proves the skill regardless of title. - Proven ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into simple, specific, and provable explanations that travel across new users, power users, and admins. - Genuine obsession with product: you explore every setting, test every new feature, and can explain what a product does better than the team that built it. - Sharp teaching and storytelling skills grounded in data, with the ability to summarize how a feature works in a single sentence and demonstrate it live. - High slope: you learn unfamiliar products and domains fast, and your rate of improvement is your standout trait. - Extreme comfort delivering clarity in high-velocity, ambiguous environments.

ABOUT THE ROLE OpenAI is hiring a Deployed PM to help our customers get maximally deployed on our products. This person is the product counterpart to Deployment Engineers: someone who can spot product expansion opportunities inside an account, build trust with technical and executive stakeholders, drive cross-functional execution, and turn blockers into momentum. The role sits at the intersection of product, technical deployment, and customer strategy. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL - Act as the product lead inside strategic customer accounts, helping customers adopt and expand their use of OpenAI products. - Identify opportunities for deeper deployment, new integrations, and broader product usage across teams and workflows. - Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders, engineering leaders, and executives, including representing product vision to C-level audiences. - Partner closely with Deployment Engineers and GTM teams to drive successful implementations and long-term account growth. - Translate customer needs and technical blockers into clear product feedback and execution paths for internal teams. - Work hands-on with integrations, MCPs, tooling, and lightweight technical workflows when needed to unblock an account. - Own lightweight PM work needed to support enterprise deployment, then hand off the right insights and opportunities to core product teams. YOU MIGHT THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF - You've operated in highly ambiguous environments and are comfortable being the connective tissue between customers, engineering, GTM, and product. - You are highly credible with technical audiences and can work effectively with CTOs, senior engineers, and developer experience teams. - You are also excellent with stakeholders: polished in presentations, strong in customer conversations, and trusted in executive settings. - You can understand a customer's goals, translate them into a deployment strategy, and drive follow-through across multiple teams. - You are builder-minded and willing to get hands-on when needed. - You likely have a background as a technical founder, product founder, technical PM, solutions or product lead, or in another role that combines technical depth with product judgment and customer-facing execution. Product Designer, International Growth (Tinder Seo...
Location: Seoul, South Korea (collaborating with global teams) Legal Entity: Hyperconnect Team: Tinder International Growth Team About the Team Tinder is available in 160+ countries, but the experience is still largely one-size-fits-all — and that's the opportunity. International Growth exists to change it: to build organic growth flywheels through deep localization, in close partnership with Marketing, starting in core APAC cities and turning what works into a repeatable, scalable playbook we can take to new markets. Based in Seoul, we're a small, autonomous, cross-functional pod — Product, Design, Engineering, and Data working side by side, moving fast and shipping real experiments — in close partnership with regional local teams (Japan, India, and more) and the global organizations at our U.S. headquarters. Design sits at the center of the bet: making Tinder feel like it was built for each market, not merely translated for it. About the Role As a Product Designer on International Growth, you'll own end-to-end product design for experiences that reach users across some of the world's most exciting dating markets — from concept and research through launch. You'll design localized experiences that reflect each market's culture and the real needs of local users, help turn successful bets into a reusable localization playbook, and directly shape how millions of people discover, trust, and recommend Tinder. Working shoulder to shoulder with PM, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and regional teams — and grounded in data and user research — you'll craft experiences that feel unmistakably local. And because the pod is small and fast, your work ships, gets measured, and improves quickly. Where you'll work This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration three times per week. Our office is located in Seoul. Responsibilities Own unified, end-to-end design for new features and improvements — from concept to release — across localized experiences in international markets. Design visual interfaces, wireframes, user flows, interactions, and prototypes. Design localized product experiences that reflect each market's cultural context and the real needs of local users. Starting in core APAC cities, design experiences that make users trust, enjoy, and recommend Tinder (improving engagement and reconsideration). Partner with Marketing and regional local teams to shape localization strategies that build organic growth flywheels, bringing a strong design perspective. Distill successful localization efforts into repeatable, scalable design patterns and playbooks, and extend them to new markets. Create and test concepts grounded in user research, data, and diverse insights, and deliver complete, end-to-end solutions. Maintain design consistency and quality across your own and adjacent teams based on the Tinder design system, flagging quality concerns to the responsible designers and design managers. Communicate design intent, goals, and rationale clearly through storytelling, in ways accessible to those unfamiliar with the project. Translate complex ideas into intuitive, high-quality designs, and validate and refine them through rapid experimentation and iteration. Requirements 4+ years of professional product design experience (including 2+ years in mobile design). Fluency across the full 0→1 product design process: discovery, research, concepting, information architecture (IA), prototyping, interaction design, micro-interactions, and design QA with engineering. Experience designing for iOS, Android (and web), with an understanding of Apple's HIG and Material Design patterns. Strong visual design fundamentals — typography, layout, and color — with outstanding visual design skills. Proficiency with Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems. Experience making decisions grounded in data and user research, and refining designs based on the results. Ability to collaborate smoothly with partners and senior leaders across functions and cultures,
Product Designer
ABOUT US At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale. With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world. Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater. ABOUT THE ROLE: We're looking for a Product Designer to help shape the experience for the developers and teams who build on LangChain. You'll work across our core product surfaces, and depending on where the need is greatest, that could include how developers get from first signup to real production usage, as well as deeper platform workflows like debugging, evaluation, and observability. The common thread is developers doing technical, often high-stakes work, and needing an interface that gets out of their way. You'll partner with engineering, product, and other designers to figure out where the friction is and design your way out of it. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Build a deep understanding of how developers actually use LangChain's products through interviews and feedback sessions so your design decisions are grounded in real behavior and address user needs - Own the full design arc on your features — from early concepts to polished, shipped work - Work across a range of product areas and design initiatives as priorities shift - Collaborate closely with product, engineering and other key stakeholders to ship new features quickly WHAT YOU'LL BRING: - 3+ years of fullstack product design experience ideally working on developer tools, AI, or complex SaaS products - Sharp eye for detail, with a strong foundation across user-centered design, interaction design, and visual craft - A track record of solving hard interaction design problems, particularly around dense technical data - Data-driven decision making - you are comfortable driving user research, both with internal stakeholders and external customers, and using what you learn to inform your designs - You take initiative and ownership of tasks end-to-end - Strong technical acumen - you collaborate effectively with engineers to design things that are both well-crafted and feasible - Start-up DNA - you thrive in fast-paced, highly dynamic environments Annual salary range: $145,000-$185,000 Compensation Philosophy: We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks. Actual compensation and offerings will vary based on role, level, and location. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations. BENEFITS Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.
Product Manager, Sensitive Deployments
ABOUT THE TEAM The Integrity team builds the systems OpenAI uses to understand, prevent, and respond to misuse across our products. We partner with Product, Policy, Safety Systems, User Operations, Security, Legal, Privacy, OpenAI for Government, and research teams to turn policy and threat models into product controls, review workflows, measurement systems, and enforcement paths. ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a Product Manager to own Integrity's product strategy for sensitive deployments: contexts where model capability, customer or deployment setting, privacy constraints, and misuse potential make the operating bar unusually high. This includes government and other high stakes deployments, regulated or high-trust enterprise contexts, zero data retention and privacy-constrained environments, and agentic workflows where harm can unfold across many steps rather than a single prompt. The Sensitive Deployments PM will focus on high-consequence use cases relevant to government deployments and broader deployment-readiness questions for high-risk domains (e.g., healthcare), while building reusable Integrity capabilities for agentic detection and enforcements in these environments. This position is based in San Francisco, CA, with relocation assistance available. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: - Own the roadmap for sensitive deployment Integrity controls and readiness criteria. - Define how we measure residual risk, decision quality, review quality, and mitigation effectiveness. - Build agentic investigation and context-assembly workflows for complex, multi-step misuse patterns. - Partner with Policy, Legal, Privacy, Safety Systems, User Ops, Government, and product teams to build shared capabilities. - Create launch and deployment playbooks for sensitive customer, capability, and product contexts. YOU MIGHT THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU: - Have shipped complex product systems in AI, integrity, trust and safety, security, privacy, risk, government, regulated enterprise, or AI safety. - Can turn ambiguous policy and threat-model questions into product requirements, metrics, operational workflows, and tradeoff frameworks. - Are energized by agentic AI products and want to build the platform layer that makes them safer to deploy. - Care about security, privacy, and responsible deployment, while still wanting to build concrete product systems. About OpenAI OpenAI is an AI research and deployment company dedicated to ensuring that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. We push the boundaries of the capabilities of AI systems and seek to safely deploy them to the world through our products. We have operations globally and work with schools, universities, game studios, and strategic partners to make creation through gamemaking accessible to everyone. Your role is to synthesize these diverse needs into coherent platform strategy and prioritize ruthlessly across stakeholders. Our ideal candidate is a highly experienced individual contributor and proven leader. This role is focused on platform strategy and hands-on product management, including cross-functional influence rather than building a large product management team. You'll drive impact through your expertise, stakeholder partnerships, and product leadership rather than through direct reports. You will operate across regions, pilot and scale playbooks, and communicate a clear narrative that aligns universities, studios, funders, and learners. We need you to prioritize ruthlessly, ship quickly, and measure what matters: activation, retention, contribution, and real skill proof that opens pathways to work. Move from 'prove it once' to 'scale 100x' with data-driven practices. - Translate ecosystem needs into platform capabilities (APIs, credential graph, learning orchestration) with strong technical fluency. Our platform must enable learners to build reputation and demonstrate skills through portfolios, GitHub contributions, and recognized credentials - opening pathways to internships and apprenticeships with game studios and tech employers. - Practice participatory design : Engage learners, educators, and community members directly in product development through rapid prototyping, user research, and feedback loops. You will set technical direction in close partnership with engineering, and treat the engine as a product in its own right, one whose customers are the teams building every other part of LEGO Digital Play. Key Responsibilities - Jointly own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the engine – spanning rendering, physics, and runtime – that underpins every experience on the platform. - Treat the engine as an internal platform product, gathering requirements from the teams that build on it (i.e., the other product teams) and translating their needs into a coherent technical roadmap and clear priorities. - Partner deeply with engineering on foundational architecture decisions (e.g., engine evaluation, build-versus-buy tradeoffs, and performance budgets across the range of devices our players use), bringing product rigor to choices that are easy to defer and expensive to reverse. - Safeguard performance, stability, and scalability as first-class outcomes, ensuring the engine holds up under the demands of user-generated content at scale and across a broad device population. - Establish the success metrics and validation approach for the engine (e.g., frame-rate stability, load times, crash-free sessions, device coverage) and instrument the platform so those metrics are continuously visible. Qualifications - Extensive experience in technical product management, including a demonstrable record in the product development of game engines and related technologies (e.g., rendering, physics, runtime systems). - A strong technical foundation, with the fluency to engage engineers credibly on architecture, performance, and the tradeoffs between them. - Experience treating an engine, platform, or developer-facing technology as a product, with internal teams as the customers. - A proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and to influence senior stakeholders across a large, matrixed organization, including engineering, design, and partners. - A genuine affinity for the LEGO Brand and for creative, constructionist play, with the strategic clarity to translate that philosophy into a robust technical foundation.
