Principal Product Manager, Certificate Authority
About Us At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company. At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a "normalized" problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in. Available Locations: Austin or London About the Role TLS is the connective tissue of the Internet, and Cloudflare terminates a large fraction of it. Cloudflare sits in front of more than 20 percent of global Internet request traffic and terminates TLS for millions of domains. Every day, our network handles certificate operations across products like Universal SSL, SSL for SaaS, Origin CA, Cloudflare Access, and Cloudflare Tunnel. That scale has taught us how the WebPKI ecosystem works from the consuming side. As certificate lifetimes shorten, agentic activity increases, and post-quantum certificates move toward production, the number of certificates the Internet depends on will grow dramatically. Cloudflare is building a certificate authority for the whole Internet: a public, redundant, transparent CA that provides another trusted source of automated certificates and helps make the encrypted web more resilient. We intend to be ACME-first, automation-first, and transparent by design. We also intend to lead where the ecosystem is going, including post-quantum certificates and Merkle Tree Certificates, while continuing to support the classic WebPKI customers rely on today. As Principal Product Manager for Cloudflare's Certificate Authority business, you will define the product strategy, roadmap, customer experience, and commercial model for this new venture. You will work across product, engineering, security, compliance, legal, operations, sales, marketing, and the WebPKI ecosystem to turn Cloudflare's CA from a major technical commitment into a product customers trust and adopt. This is an early-days role on a growing team. It is not a role for someone who only manages backlog. The right person will be comfortable with high-consequence infrastructure, deep customer discovery, ecosystem trust, compliance scrutiny, and zero-to-one product building. The decisions you make in the first year will shape how Cloudflare participates in the certificate authority market for years to come. Responsibilities - Define the product strategy for Cloudflare's CA business across publicly trusted certificates, certificate lifecycle automation, ACME issuance, renewal workflows, revocation, Certificate Transparency, customer controls, developer experience, and integrations with Cloudflare's broader platform. - Build for the whole Internet by understanding the needs of developers, site owners, platform teams, SaaS providers, enterprise security teams, infrastructure operators, and partners who depend on certificates for availability, security, and compliance. - Make resilience a product principle. Help design product requirements that fail small, reduce customer blast radius, support automated recovery, and make certificate replacement fast enough to handle compliance issues, revocation events, or ecosystem incidents. - Drive an ACME-first customer experience that makes it easy for users of existing free or automated CAs to adopt Cloudflare with minimal tooling changes. - Partner closely with engineering on systems that manage certificate lifecycles, automate issuance and renewal, integrate with HSMs, protect keys, support auditability, and operate within strict reliability and correctness requirements. - Partner with compliance, legal, security, and operations to ensure product decisions align with CA/Browser Forum Baseline Requirements, WebTrust audits, root store program policies, Certificate Policy and Certification Practice Statement commitments, and public incident response expectations. - Own go-to-market strategy including packaging, pricing, launch sequencing, competitive positioning, customer segmentation, sales enablement, developer messaging, and adoption metrics. - Represent the customer and the ecosystem in product decisions where trust, transparency, uptime, security, and commercial adoption must all be balanced. - Work across Cloudflare product teams including SSL/TLS, Application Security, Zero Trust, Workers, Registrar, DNS, Load Balancing, SaaS products, and infrastructure teams that consume or expose certificate services. - Help make Cloudflare Customer Zero by ensuring our own usage of the CA exercises the product at Cloudflare scale and informs the roadmap before customers depend on it. Desirable Skills, Knowledge and Experience - 10+ years of product management experience building technical products for developers, security teams, infrastructure teams, enterprises, or cloud platforms. - Experience with security, identity, infrastructure, or developer platform products where correctness, reliability, compliance, and trust are core product requirements. - Working knowledge of PKI and certificate lifecycle management including TLS certificates, X.509, ACME, public and private CAs, revocation, Certificate Transparency, mTLS, HSMs, and enterprise certificate automation. - Strong business judgment with experience defining product strategy, pricing and packaging, customer segmentation, and go-to-market plans for technical B2B products. - Ability to operate in ambiguity and create structure around a new business, including market definition, customer discovery, roadmap tradeoffs, launch planning, and executive alignment. - Technical fluency with engineering teams and comfort discussing APIs, distributed systems, key management, audit trails, reliability, operational failure modes, and security tradeoffs. - Strong written communication for strategy documents, product requirements, launch narratives, customer-facing messaging, and high-stakes internal decisions. - Comfort with high-consequence work. A mis-issued, mis-revoked, or unavailable certificate can become a public, ecosystem-visible event. You need the judgment to move quickly and the discipline to be careful. Bonus Points - Direct experience working on certificate authority, PKI, certificate lifecycle management, cloud security, identity, or trust services products. - Experience with publicly trusted CAs, private PKI, managed certificate services, or platforms such as AWS Certificate Manager, AWS Private CA, Google Trust Services, DigiCert, Sectigo, Let's Encrypt / ISRG, Entrust, Microsoft PKI, HashiCorp Vault PKI, step-ca, or CFSSL. - Familiarity with CA/Browser Forum requirements, browser root programs, WebTrust for CAs, WebTrust Baseline Requirements, or public CA incident reporting. - Experience building API-first developer products, especially products involving ACME, SDKs, CLI workflows, Kubernetes, service mesh, mTLS, or infrastructure-as-code integrations. - Experience launching new businesses or zero-to-one products inside a larger platform company. - Familiarity with certificate automation challenges created by 90-day and shorter certificate lifetimes. - Familiarity with post-quantum cryptography, crypto-agility, Merkle Tree Certificates, or customer migration planning for cryptographic transitions. - Prior participation in WebPKI, IETF, browser trust, transparency, or security standards communities. Compensation Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location. Equity This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan. You might thrive in this role if you: - Bring exceptional interaction and visual design craft and are motivated to raise the quality of design across OpenAI. - Are a highly generative designer who explores broadly, iterates deeply, and turns ideas into concrete, polished product direction. - Pair strong craft with deep product and systems thinking. - Have led substantial, ambiguous, or zero-to-one product areas and can help shape both vision and execution. - Can design thoughtful experiences for sensitive, high-trust, or safety-critical contexts. - Understand how to create products that are engaging and intuitive without compromising safety or clarity. - Can navigate the needs of multiple audiences, including students, faculty, campus staff, administrators, and institutional partners. - Communicate clearly, build alignment across disciplines, and remain hands-on throughout the product-development process. - Are energized by the opportunity to define how AI can support learning while serving higher education communities responsibly. Deliver Measurable Outcomes - Define and own goals, OKRs, KPIs, and health metrics that measure Commerce's impact across player experience, adoption, business value, reliability, cost, developer experience, and operational health. - Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to validate assumptions, inform decisions, and identify opportunities for improvement. - Drive iterative delivery, learning from real-world usage and holding teams accountable for measurable outcomes, execution, and continuous improvement. Grow the Product Organization - Hire, manage, coach, and develop product managers and leaders, establishing high standards for product craft, technical credibility, strategic thinking, and execution. - Build an effective leadership structure with clear ownership, strong decision-making practices, meaningful feedback, and opportunities for professional growth. - Identify organizational capability gaps and partner with Initiative leadership on staffing, organizational design, and investment proposals. - Develop future leaders and strengthen technical product management capabilities across Publishing Platform. - Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-accountability culture aligned with Riot's values. Senior Manager, Product Design - Security
The Datadog Security design team (K9 Design, as we lovingly call it) is hiring a senior product design manager to lead design across our security products. This is a chance to shape an industry-leading experience for a new kind of Datadog user: security practitioners who need to catch threats where they start, stop them when they land, and shut down exposures before they turn into something worse. You'll lead a team of designers at various stages of their careers across cloud, code and data security, turning an overwhelming amount of signal into something a security team can act on. The goal: build the security product people want to spend their day in. You'll own the design, push for excellence, and partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to get there. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What you’ll do - Lead design direction across your team's products, and hold the bar for design excellence end to end: interactions, visual detail, consistency and cohesion. - You're in the work. Run critiques, give direct and useful feedback, and push the team toward bolder, more opinionated solutions rather than safe ones. - Coach and grow designers across our Paris, Madrid and New York offices, helping each of them do the best work of their careers. - Help define a security design system built on top of Datadog's existing components, with the security practitioner's workflows in mind. - Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to evolve cross-platform thinking, shape roadmaps, and to set how the three disciplines work together day to day. - Take accountability for the product and business outcomes your team's design work influences. - Bring AI fluency to how your team works, from how design gets explored and validated to how it gets shipped. Who you are - 10+ years in design, including experience leading and growing high-performing teams. - A design leader first: a user advocate with a sharp eye for detail, strong taste and the willingness to get into the work and give direct feedback. - A track record of leveling up a team's output, with before-and-after examples of how your leadership transformed the design of a product. - You've led complex products or features: a zero-to-one launch, a reimagining of something established, or both. - A strong communicator who collaborates effectively with executive and cross-functional stakeholders. - Able to demonstrate AI fluency, either in your own work or in how you've led teams through it. - Comfortable navigating the technical complexity of modern software development and cloud infrastructure. - Ideally : security domain experience, or a portfolio of information-dense, data-rich interfaces. Industry-leading work on complex B2B, B2C or consumer products counts for just as much here. Benefits and Growth - Product training to develop an in-depth understanding of our product and space - Continuous career development and pathing opportunities for internal mobility - Intradepartmental mentor and buddy program for in-house networking - An inclusive company culture, ability to join our Community Guilds (Datadog employee resource groups) - New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan - Free, global mental health benefits for employees and dependents age 6+ - Generous global benefits Benefits and Growth listed above may vary based on the country of your employment and the nature of your employment with Datadog. Staff Product Manager, Trust & Safety
Our Mission As humans, there are few things more exciting than meeting someone new. At Tinder, we’re inspired by the challenge of keeping the magic of human connection alive. With tens of millions of users, hundreds of millions of downloads, 2+ billion swipes per day, 20+ million matches per day, and a presence in 190+ countries, our reach is expansive—and rapidly growing. We work together to solve complex problems. Behind the simplicity of every match, we think deeply about human relationships, behavioral science, network economics, AI and ML, online and real-world safety, cultural nuances, loneliness, love, sex, and more. Our Values Take the Lead: We don't ghost our work or each other. Just as users don't leave their matches hanging, we don't let each other down. Move Fast: We have a bias for action and urgency. Something that could be done tomorrow would be better if done today. Better Together: We keep connection at the heart of dating and at the heart of how we work. Just as our users are better when they connect with others, so are we when we collaborate. Real Talk: We say the hard thing the human way. Just as we ask our users to behave with kindness and candor in our community, we expect Team Tinder to do the same. Safety First: We act with integrity, transparency, and consistency so people feel safe—whether they're swiping, matching, or working alongside us. Spark Fun: We have fun to unlock creativity, fuel innovation, and help us build better experiences for daters. In this role, you will: Own the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for a core abuse area including explicit choices about what we will and will not pursue. Make principled calls on the tradeoffs this domain forces, from precision versus recall to automated action versus human review, and set guardrails that keep those calls consistent. Partner closely with Anti-Abuse Analysts to uncover evolving bad actor tactics and translate them into durable product defenses. Drive execution and alignment across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Policy, Legal, and Trust & Safety Operations, turning community guidelines into scalable, enforceable systems. Define the measurement foundation for your area, including prevalence, exposure, repeat offending, false positives, and appeal outcomes, and how we evaluate impact where clean experiments are not possible. Apply AI and ML where they create real leverage in detection, classification, and review, with a clear view of what makes each bet worth pursuing. Be the authoritative product voice on anti-abuse at Tinder: communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and impact to senior leadership, and drive executive-level alignment on high-stakes enforcement decisions, including when the answer is unpopular with Growth. Hold the quality bar for shipped enforcement experiences: stay hands-on with the product and fix root causes rather than individual bugs. What You Bring: A track record of sustained, material outcomes across multiple related initiatives in Trust & Safety, fraud, abuse prevention, content moderation, or risk. Systems thinking across the full abuse lifecycle, with the judgment to know when a problem calls for better detection, a different intervention, or a change to the experience itself. Strong product intuition for remediation and enforcement experiences that are effective, fair, and intelligible to the people on the receiving end, holding that under-enforcement is a fairness failure as much as over-enforcement. Demonstrated ability to operate in highly ambiguous, adversarial environments and deliver resilient, scalable solutions. Analytical rigor, including comfort reasoning from imperfect data and holding a credible line on what the evidence does and does not support. You'll need: Minimum of 8+ years of product management or other relevant experience building and scaling products or systems. Ability to set direction and drive execution on large, cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch and iteration. Strong communication skills with experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders. Fluency with ML-based detection systems. Comfortable discussing precision, recall, model thresholds, and data pipelines with engineers. Working knowledge of the online safety regulatory environment, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into product decisions rather than handing them to Legal. Hands-on with data. Writes their own SQL and interrogates prevalence and precision numbers rather than accepting a dashboard. Fluency applying AI tools in product work, with clear judgment about where they add leverage and where they don't. Conviction to advocate for user safety and platform integrity. Nice to have: Experience with age assurance, identity verification, or biometric signals in a consumer product. Experience with adversarial ML, including evasion, model drift, or detection of AI-generated content. Experience in consumer social or dating platform.

Work with engineering and QA to confirm what ships meets those goals. - Understand the Technology: Learn IonQ's compiler, gate sets, simulation and SDK architecture well enough to take part in technical tradeoff discussions. Know where compiler performance, circuit fidelity and developer usability pull against each other. - Partner with Engineering: Embed with the developer tools and compiler engineering teams as their primary product counterpart. Join sprint planning, backlog grooming, design reviews and standups. Principal Product Manager
SambaNova is a leader in next-generation AI infrastructure, delivering a full-stack inference platform for customers worldwide. At the core of SambaNova's technology is the RDU (Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit) — a chip built on a dataflow architecture rather than the traditional GPU model. Its decode performance is especially strong for agentic workloads like multi-turn agents, code generation, and long-running applications. RDUs are packaged into SambaRack, rack-scale hardware that lets customers deploy state-of-the-art models with better performance, greater energy efficiency, and faster time to value. We are looking for a technical product manager to own SambaNova's model and capability roadmap end to end. You will be the product owner and the subject-matter expert on models: you understand why a model matters (architecture, benchmarks, adoption, customer pull) and what it takes to ship it well (function calling, structured output, reasoning, long context, caching, speculative decoding and more). Most importantly, you turn that understanding into decisions, commitments and launches. This is a product role for someone deeply technical, not an engineering role with product tasks attached, but you will stay hands-on: testing new models yourself, finding where they shine and where they break, and building quick mock-ups that show the competitive edge fast inference unlocks. Responsibilities Own and drive the roadmap - Model Stack Rank: Own the unified, weighted stack rank of candidate models across customer demand, capability, market adoption, recency, strategic value and engineering effort. Tune the rubric, make and document overrides, and run the regular prioritization review - Per-Chip Roadmap: Own the plan of models × hardware generation × configuration × performance targets, and keep it grounded in measured platform data rather than estimates - Commitments and Launches: Turn priorities into dated commitments with engineering, track them to delivery and run model launches with Marketing, Docs and GTM - Roadmap Communication: Keep the model roadmap and dashboard current as the source of truth for execs, account teams and customers, and present it with confidence both internally and externally Define the capability bar - Feature-Completeness Framework: Own the definition of a “fully featured” model across speed, efficiency, model infrastructure, cloud and API features, for example tool calling, JSON schema and constrained decoding, reasoning controls, full context length, prompt caching, speculative decoding, streaming, logprobs and API compatibility (OpenAI Chat, Responses, Anthropic) - Gap Management: Find capability and conformance gaps from testing and telemetry, set their priority and drive them to closure with engineering - Quality Bar: Work with QA and Solutions to set acceptance criteria and the evals a model must pass before it launches Get hands-on with models - Model Testing and Evaluation: Get your hands on new models as soon as they land: run them through real prompts, agentic tasks and our feature checks to learn what works well, what does not, and where the gaps are - Finding the Edge: Spot the models, capabilities and use cases where SambaNova's speed and efficiency create a real competitive advantage, and back that view with evidence - Prototypes and Mock-ups: Build quick demos, prototypes and product mock-ups (e.g. a small app, notebook or UI) that make a model's value concrete for leadership, GTM and customers, and hand the strongest ideas to Solutions Engineering to productionize - Hands-on Findings to Roadmap: Feed what you learn into the stack rank, the feature bar and launch messaging, so roadmap decisions draw on first-hand experience as well as the data Be the model SME - Market and Model Intelligence: Track the open-weight model landscape (new releases, architectures such as MoE, MLA and GQA, benchmark and usage signals from sources like Artificial Analysis, OpenRouter and Hugging Face) and form a clear view on what matters and why - Customer Voice: Take in requests from customers, the field and the Model Feedback process, triage them, close the loop with requesters, and make sure demand is represented accurately in the rank - Competitive Positioning: Understand how our models, speed and features compare with GPU clouds and other inference providers, and turn that into roadmap and messaging - Process and Tooling: Keep improving the roadmap process and its data pipeline (Jira, internal platform APIs, public signals) so it stays trustworthy, auditable and as automated as possible Requirements Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning or a related technical field - 7+ years of combined experience in product management and technical roles (ML engineering, solutions engineering, research), including 3+ years as a PM on AI/ML, developer or infrastructure products - Strong working knowledge of LLMs: transformer and MoE architectures, inference trade-offs (latency, throughput, context, quantization), and features such as function calling, structured output and reasoning - A track record of owning a roadmap and shipping: setting priorities under constraints, saying no with data, and driving cross-functional teams to launch - Comfort with data: building and maintaining prioritization models, dashboards and scorecards, and hands-on enough to query an API or change a Python script - Hands-on with models: comfortable calling model APIs, running evals and quick experiments, and building simple prototypes or mock-ups (Python, notebooks or lightweight UI tools, including AI coding assistants) - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present a roadmap and defend trade-offs to executives, engineers and customers Preferred Qualifications - Product experience at an inference provider, model lab, AI cloud or AI hardware company - Hands-on familiarity with inference stacks (vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM) and OpenAI/Anthropic-compatible APIs - Experience designing evals and benchmark methodology for model quality and feature conformance - A background as an ML or solutions engineer before moving into product - Experience with enterprise, sovereign AI or public-sector customers - An active presence in the open-source model community What Success Looks Like - First 90 days: Take ownership of the stack rank, per-chip roadmap and feature framework; run the prioritization review; get hands-on with the current top-ranked models; and publish a roadmap that GTM and engineering both sign up to - 6 months: Measurable cut in time-to-model for priority models, clear visibility into capability gaps for every launched model, and every customer request tracked and answered - 12 months: The model roadmap is seen as SambaNova's strategic advantage: predictable launches, fully featured models, and a roadmap the field sells against Base Salary Range: Base Pay Range $190,000 - $230,000 USD Submission Guidelines Please note that in order to be considered an applicant for any position at SambaNova Systems, you must submit an application form for each position for which you believe you are qualified. EEO Policy SambaNova Systems is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard basis of age (40 and over), color, disability, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, military or veteran status, national origin/ancestry, race, religion, creed, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding), sexual orientation, and any other applicable status protected by federal, state, or local laws. Benefits Summary for US-Based, Full-Time Employment Positions SambaNova offers a competitive total rewards package, including the base salary, plus equity and benefits. We cover 95% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, and 77% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contribution. We also offer Dental, Vision, Short/Long term Disability, Basic Life, Voluntary Life, and AD&D insurance plans in addition to Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options like Health Care, Limited Purpose, and Dependent Care. The opportunities and complexities are only growing as AI reshapes what is possible, Stripe expands its product suite, regulators raise their expectations, and we support more businesses in more countries. What you’ll do As a Senior Staff Product Manager for Risk, you will lead cross-Risk and cross-Stripe initiatives that fundamentally change how Stripe and our users manage risk. You will shape infrastructure and product direction across Risk, connect work that would otherwise remain fragmented, and help product teams across Stripe build on Risk’s capabilities. You will remain deeply engaged in the work, helping teams navigate difficult technical and product decisions. Who you are We’re looking for an exceptional product leader who combines strong technical judgment with product insight, strategic range, and executional rigor. You identify important problems before they become obvious, bring clarity to deeply ambiguous spaces, and mobilize teams around solutions that work across products, organizations, and time horizons. You are deeply curious and stay at the forefront of advances in AI and technology, finding practical ways to apply them to our most challenging problems. You move fluently from defining multi-year strategy to driving the details of execution. You build alignment and lead transformational work across teams without direct management authority. You earn trust through the clarity of your thinking, your focus on users, and your hands-on engagement in the work. You raise the ambition and effectiveness of the teams and PMs around you without needing to manage them. Minimum requirements - A track record of identifying and delivering high-impact, transformational product or technical initiatives that span multiple teams and organizations. - Demonstrated ability to bring clarity to deeply ambiguous problems, set a compelling direction, and drive work through execution and adoption. - Strong technical judgment across data, machine learning, AI, APIs, platforms, and system architecture. - Experience partnering deeply with senior engineering, data science, and product leaders to shape both technical direction and product strategy. - Strong product judgment across foundational infrastructure and user-facing experiences, with a focus on building capabilities that solve real user problems. - Deep quantitative fluency and the ability to use data and causal reasoning to understand problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and measure outcomes. - Proven ability to influence senior leaders, build alignment across organizational boundaries, and drive execution without direct management authority. - Experience mentoring and developing PMs and raising the quality of product thinking and execution across teams. - Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate compelling strategies, influence technical and executive audiences, and make complex topics clear. - High agency, intellectual honesty, curiosity, and a low-ego, hands-on working style. Preferred qualifications - An engineering and preferably ML-based technical background. - Experience applying AI and machine learning to complex, high-stakes problems at scale. - Experience with fraud, credit, payments, financial services, trust and safety, or another domain involving complex decisions and asymmetric consequences. - Experience working with globally distributed teams

From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About the Role Notion sits at a rare intersection: a product people love, a flexible system businesses run on, and a new platform for people and AI to work together. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. Nice to Haves: - Experience building collaborative, productivity, or AI-powered products used by a broad range of customers. - Experience operating across both zero-to-one product development and the improvement of products at scale. - Technical fluency and comfort partnering deeply with engineering on complex product systems. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $238,000 - $250,000 per year. By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy and NYLL 144. LI-Onsite A Note on AI You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. Equal Opportunity & Accommodations We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. Staff Product Manager, Accounting Products
Who we are About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the team Stripe’s Accounting Products team is building modern infrastructure for the Office of the CFO. Our vision is to give finance teams, and the agents that support them, one reconciled and explainable presentation of financial truth. Today, the data and context required to make accounting decisions are fragmented across billing systems, contracts, spreadsheets, general ledgers, and the minds of the people doing the work. Finance teams spend significant time reconstructing what happened, determining the appropriate accounting treatment, reconciling results, and gathering evidence. Giving an agent access to the underlying data is not enough: it also needs the business context, accounting policies, approved judgments, and guardrails required to act reliably. Revenue Recognition is our first major proof point. Stripe has a unique opportunity to help Billing and Metronome users turn complex revenue activity—including usage-based pricing, minimum commitments, credits, and contract modifications—into accurate, explainable journal entries. Our ambition is for agents to take on the investigation, configuration, and repetitive work while accountants retain control over consequential judgments and approvals. Over time, we expect to expand into additional Office of the CFO workflows, and we are looking for a Staff Product Manager to help turn this vision into products that finance teams trust. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership, autonomy, and influence across Product, Engineering, Design, Finance, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams. What you’ll do You’ll own a significant product area within Accounting Products, setting its strategy, roadmap, and measures of success. You’ll translate the broader product vision into a focused plan, taking it from customer discovery and early prototypes through scaled adoption. You’ll help build the future of agentic accounting: products that help finance teams automate work, understand financial results, and resolve exceptions while retaining control. Your work will connect Stripe’s Revenue Suite with the external systems customers rely on to manage their accounting workflows. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the team AI agents are increasingly building Stripe integrations alongside professional developers and vibe coders. To build and test these integrations safely, without affecting live accounts or moving real funds, agents require isolated sandbox environments. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product experience for Stripe Sandboxes and the broader testing platform, guiding the journey from a developer's first sandbox creation to an agent validating complex payment flows at scale. Because this role touches the testing workflow of every Stripe product, your work will have company-wide impact. You will collaborate closely with external developers and internal Stripe teams to translate user feedback into intuitive developer experiences and platform capabilities. Partnering with engineering, design, and user research, you will deliver features that enable every developer on Stripe to build faster and with greater confidence. What you’ll do You'll be responsible for product management of Stripe Sandboxes and the testing platform that every developer building on Stripe depends on. You'll deliver platform features that give developers the isolation, simulation, and observability they need to test their integrations with confidence. You'll define the vision and roadmap for how the testing platform evolves to support new use cases, including agentic tooling and new Stripe products. Responsibilities - Interact daily with users, Stripe developers, and internal product teams to validate product ideas, requirements, and prototypes - Partner with engineering and design to ship functionality that delights developers testing their Stripe integrations, balances impact with engineering cost, and delivers measurable results - Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Stripe Sandboxes and the testing platform - Define key success metrics - Work closely with user researchers to test hypotheses and understand user pain points - Shape how testing and developer experiences adapt with agentic tooling Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. Product Manager, Global Self-Serve Product
Product Manager, Global Self-Serve Product About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the team The Global Self-Serve Product team's goal is to make Stripe the #1 self-serve financial infrastructure provider for users outside the U.S. We drive product-led growth for the millions of users who adopt Stripe without a sales relationship, and we own self-serve activation goals across our ex-US business. We're a cross-functional team of Engineers, Data Scientists, Growth Marketing Managers, Designers, and Product Managers, organized around three focus areas: - Growing our self-serve domestic business across a portfolio of our core, mature markets - Growing cross-border self-serve business across the next wave of emerging markets and launching bespoke registration, onboarding and upsell pathways for new markets - Raising the bar on the quality of the localized experience of our international users by building and improving our localization platform at scale About the role Most of Stripe's future users outside the US will never speak to a salesperson—they'll discover, sign up, and scale on Stripe entirely on their own. Getting that self-serve journey right, in every market and language, is one of the biggest growth opportunities ahead of us. We're looking for a Product Manager to own self-serve activation and growth across our ex-US business. You'll set the strategy for how we win self-serve users in international markets and then make it real—turning funnel data and customer insight into a sequenced roadmap, and shipping the experiments and features that move the metrics. The right person for this role thinks like a growth PM and a founder: you're fluent in funnels and experimentation, you have genuine taste for 0-to-1 product, and you move fast under ambiguity. You bring deep user empathy to localizing Stripe with contextual relevance, and you think in systems and platforms—turning experimental features into scaled growth levers What you'll do - Own the self-serve growth roadmap: identify the highest-leverage opportunities to grow activation across our ex-US markets, and build the case for investment - Build a deep understanding of our customers—from bootstrapped solopreneurs to well-funded founders—synthesizing funnel metrics, experiment results, and time in the product into sharp hypotheses about what will drive growth - Partner with engineering to ship—you'll drive specs, prioritization, and execution with a high degree of hands-on involvement, and run experiments to build conviction in your roadmap - Scale what works: take wins proven in small samples and roll them out through our localization and recommendation platforms, so the right experience reaches each market and use case - Collaborate with Stripe's global product teams to ensure regional needs are reflected in platform decisions, and advocate for regional investment at the right moments Who you are - You have 7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent shipping 0-to-1 products - You reason from first principles—breaking ambiguous growth problems down to fundamentals, forming a sharp point of view, and moving fast under uncertainty with the ownership of a founder - You're data-savvy: fluent in funnels, metrics, and experimentation, you let the numbers sharpen your instincts, and you know when a test earns conviction and when it only adds noise - You have strong product taste and are technically comfortable—you sweat the details of a localized experience (message clarity, contextual guidance) and can engage credibly with engineers on API design and system tradeoffs - You're an exceptional communicator—verbal and written—who can influence without authority across a matrixed organization - You're based in Singapore or have a strong reason to be Why Stripe Stripe is still early in its presence outside the US, which means the person in this role will have genuine influence over how we show up in some of the world's most important emerging markets. You'll have the scope of a startup with the resources of a company that processes hundreds of billions of dollars a year.

- Requirement - Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools in day-to-day workflows and validate, critique, and refine AI-generated output. - Bonus/Plus - You're motivated to push the boundaries of how AI can improve software engineering best practices and contribute to building AI-enabled products. - Ideally : Security domain experience, or a portfolio of information-dense, data-rich interfaces. Industry-leading work on complex B2B, B2C or consumer products counts for just as much here. Benefits and Growth - Product training to develop an in-depth understanding of our product and space - Continuous career development and pathing opportunities for internal mobility - Intradepartmental mentor and buddy program for in-house networking - An inclusive company culture, ability to join our Community Guilds (Datadog employee resource groups) - New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan - Free global mental health benefit through Modern Health - Generous global benefits Benefits and Growth listed above may vary based on the country of your employment and the nature of your employment with Datadog. LI-Hybrid Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Datadog offers a wide range of best in class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental, parental planning, and mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, and a discounted employee stock purchase plan. Staff Product Manager, Consumer Growth Loyalty
At Affirm, we exist for the moments that matter—giving people a clear, predictable way to pay over time, with no hidden fees, no surprises, and no tradeoffs on what matters most. About the Product team The Product team listens to our customers’ needs and translates those insights into a clear product vision. The team works closely with design, engineering, and analytics to build scalable financial products that empower people to manage their money with confidence. We rely on empathy, curiosity, and business sense to prioritize features and improve experiences. Our role is to lead with clarity, support cross-functional execution, and champion the user in every decision. About the role Millions of people use the Affirm Card, but we don’t yet give them a reason to keep coming back beyond the product itself. You’ll build our consumer loyalty program from scratch: what people earn, how they move up, and why Affirm becomes their default way to pay. What you’ll do - Own the vision and roadmap for Affirm’s consumer loyalty program, setting the hypotheses, success metrics, and sequencing across multiple quarters - Launch the first version of rewards and tiers, including earn mechanics, member benefits, redemption, and the surfaces that make the value obvious in app, at checkout, and after a purchase - Build the engagement loops (progress, milestones, personalized offers) that turn a one-time borrower into someone who reaches for Affirm every week - Own the program economics: reward liability, funding mix across merchant-funded offers, interchange and network incentives, and the case for incremental GMV against cost per member - Set up the measurement foundation for loyalty, including holdouts, incrementality testing and long-run LTV, then tune earn and burn rates and tier thresholds off what the data says - Partner with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing to design rewards that are compliant and clearly disclosed, with no hidden fees or fine print that surprises people - Align senior stakeholders and pull together dependencies across Card, Shopping, Servicing and Marketing, leading embedded engineering and design pods through a lot of ambiguity What we look for - 8+ years in Product Management, with a track record in consumer mobile apps, fintech, or neobanks - Built or scaled a loyalty, rewards or engagement program: card rewards, points, tiers, subscription benefits, or something equivalent. You know earn and burn mechanics and what makes a program pay for itself - History of launching products from scratch, not just optimizing what already exists - Owned repeat usage, cohort retention or share of wallet as a primary metric, and know which levers actually move them - Comfortable building the financial model yourself and defending reward cost, funding mix and payback to Finance and leadership - Strong UX instincts and a high bar for design. You know the difference between a reward that feels good and a badge buried in a settings menu - Deep fluency in experiment design, incrementality/attribution, and LTV measurement; data chops (SQL/Amplitude-level self-serve) and a bias for shipping, learning and iterating quickly - Track record shipping consumer financial or regulated products; comfort partnering with Risk/Credit, Legal, and Compliance - Excellent cross-functional leadership, including experience leading without authority - AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and others to research, analyze and prototype, and help develop better product vision - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience Base Pay Grade - P Equity Grade - 7 Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range . You will identify the most important opportunities that cut across Risk’s infrastructure and products, define solutions to our most ambiguous problems, and drive execution from early technical shaping through delivery and adoption. You will operate as a product counterpart to Risk’s senior technical leaders. You will shape infrastructure and product direction across Risk, connect work that would otherwise remain fragmented, and help product teams across Stripe build on Risk’s capabilities. You will remain deeply engaged in the work, helping teams navigate difficult technical and product decisions. You will partner closely with Risk leadership to shape the organization’s strategy, vision, and most important investments. As a senior member of Stripe’s product community, you will also coach other PMs, raise the quality of product thinking across Risk, and advance the product management discipline across Stripe. Responsibilities - Identify high-leverage problems that cut across teams, turn ambiguity into clear product and technical direction, and establish measurable outcomes. - Lead major cross-Risk and cross-Stripe initiatives from initial shaping through delivery, adoption, and iteration. - Lead changes to Risk’s approach to leveraging data and AI to accurately identify and mitigate risk at scale. - Partner deeply with engineering, data science, and ML leaders to shape architecture, data foundations, models, APIs, and product experiences. - Help product teams across Stripe build on Risk’s capabilities quickly and effectively, while guiding Risk teams toward coherent, reusable infrastructure and product decisions. - Partner with Risk leadership to define multi-year strategy, identify the organization’s most important bets, and make clear investment and sequencing decisions. - Build alignment among teams with different goals and constraints, resolving difficult tradeoffs and driving progress without relying on formal authority. - Coach and mentor PMs across Risk, helping them strengthen their product judgment, technical depth, strategic thinking, and execution. - Advance the product management discipline across Stripe by raising the bar for how we define problems, develop strategy, partner with technical teams, and deliver complex cross-organizational work.
Senior Staff Product Manager, Fleet Management
About IonQ: IonQ, Inc . [NYSE: IONQ] is the world’s leading quantum platform and merchant supplier - delivering integrated quantum solutions across computing, networking, sensing, and security. IonQ’s newest generation of quantum computers, the IonQ Tempo, is the latest in a line of cutting-edge systems that have been helping customers and partners including Amazon Web Services, and AstraZeneca achieve 20x performance results and accelerate innovation in drug discovery, materials science, financial modeling, logistics, cybersecurity, and defense. In 2025, the company achieved 99.99% two-qubit gate fidelity, setting a world record in quantum computing performance . Headquartered in College Park, Maryland, IonQ has operations in California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Washington, Italy, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Our quantum computing services are available through all major cloud providers, while we also meet the needs of networking and sensing customers across land, sea, air, and space. IonQ is making quantum platforms more accessible and impactful than ever before. Role Overview Role: We are looking for a customer obsessed, systems minded product leader to build the vision and specifications for the software and tooling that will deliver the best quantum fleet management in the world, for IonQ and for our customers. As a Senior Staff Product Manager within IonQ's Quantum Computing product family, you will join a cross functional team whose mission is to build and deliver the world's best quantum computers to solve the world's most complex problems. In this role, you will own Fleet Management and the platform that enables it as a product offering. That covers telemetry and observability, remote management, incident response and planned service, together with integration into the commercial operations, deployment and logistics information and tools that let IonQ grow from per system, per site operations to high leverage, coordinated management of every system we deploy, wherever it lives. Fleet management is both a product area and part of what we sell. Once a system is delivered, on a customer site or in our own cloud, our managed service keeps it running for the life of the contract. Today that work is done well by skilled people, but the tooling behind it was not built to scale. You will turn it into a first class offering, where uptime is treated as a design requirement and is achieved through great tools rather than heroics. This is a global remit. As our fleet grows across North America, Europe and Asia, you will help us move to a follow the sun model, supporting systems from a small number of operations centres rather than placing people at every site. Responsibilities: You will start by treating the people who run and support our systems as your customers: internal and customer fleet operations, reliability, commercial operations, service and support. You will spend real time alongside them to learn how they work today, where the toil, blind spots and heroics are, and what good would look like for each of them, and you will build a strong point of view on what it takes to run a resilient, highly available global fleet of quantum computers. You will immerse yourself in IonQ's system architecture, control and classical infrastructure, data pipelines, build and maintenance motions, and the current state of our tooling. Working closely with resilience, operations and engineering leads, you will understand what is possible, what is already in flight and where the constraints sit, and you will turn a diffuse set of pains and desires into a clear vision and roadmap. From there, you will lead cross functional efforts to simplify, streamline and ship. Where we build, you will partner with SRE and engineering to define requirements, sequence work and land it. Where we buy, you will drive selection and rollout. Where the gap is process or communication, you will work with the PMO and the teams involved to improve it, and you will establish clear interfaces between Compute Products and the operations and commercial teams who depend on this tooling. You will instrument what you ship, using feedback, support volume, incident and availability data and resolution metrics to understand whether the tools are working and where to go next. You will also help feed what we learn about operability and maintainability back into how we design and ship the next hardware generation, and begin extending the platform to customers as they take on more of their own system operation. Key responsibilities include: - Build a deep understanding of how internal and customer fleet operations, reliability, service and support teams run our systems today, and where they need better tools - Define and own the vision and roadmap for fleet management across telemetry and observability, operator and back office tools, SLA, SLO and availability tracking, sparing and maintenance planning - Establish north star metrics for fleet health and operational effectiveness, and make them visible across the company - Lead build and buy decisions with SRE, engineering and the PMO, and set clear interfaces between Compute Products and the teams who depend on this tooling - Use incident, availability and support data to iterate, feed operability lessons into future hardware generations and extend the platform to customers Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will bring substantial experience in technical product management, ideally with direct ownership of internal platforms, operational tooling or infrastructure software. Most great product managers did something else first, and here we are especially interested in people whose earlier careers were in engineering, fleet or network operations, process engineering or systems engineering, so that they understand what operational data is for and how the day to day workflow really runs. You will be a high agency, high accountability product leader who brings your own energy to an ambiguous area and drives impact through persistence and adaptability. This is a product leadership role rather than an operations or programme management role: we want someone who thinks about fleet management as an offering and a book of work, not someone who carries out the hands on management themselves. You will have enough technical fluency to work directly with SREs and engineers on telemetry, process flows, data pipelines and API surfaces as first class products, and the empathy to sit shoulder to shoulder with the people who keep complex systems running. Experience of low volume, high complexity frontier technology, from R&D through to first deployments, will serve you well here. Communication matters a great deal in this role. You will need excellent written and verbal communication, with a proven ability to explain complex topics clearly to technical and non technical audiences, from engineering teams to company leadership and customers. You do not need a background in quantum computing; we care more about how you think, how you learn and how you lead. You’d be a great fit with: - A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research or a related technical field, or equivalent experience, with 12+ years in technical product management or equivalent roles - Product experience with private cloud deployments, scientific computing or high performance computing platforms, including their tools, users, business models and operational challenges - Experience building or scaling tooling for distributed, high value physical infrastructure, such as data centre or HPC operations platforms, DCIM or observability stacks, or remote field service for scientific instruments or connected hardware - Experience with AI tooling and workflows, both for rapid prototyping and for predictive, self healing or agentic product offerings - Experience taking internal tools through to customer facing products, familiarity with quantum computing or deep tech R&D, or experience leading and mentoring other product managers The total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a range of benefits available on our career site. Compensation will vary based on individual factors such as education, qualifications, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location, and calibration against relevant market data and internal team equity. Posted base salary figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available. Our benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, matching 401(k), unlimited PTO and paid holidays, parental/adoption leave, legal insurance, and a home technology stipend. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided when a candidate receives an offer of employment. At IonQ, we believe in fair treatment, access, opportunity, and advancement for all while striving to identify and eliminate barriers. We empower employees to thrive by fostering a culture of autonomy, productivity, and respect. We are dedicated to creating an environment where individuals can feel welcomed, respected, supported, and valued. We are committed to equity and justice. We welcome different voices and viewpoints and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, ancestry, physical and/or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, transgender status, age, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, or any other basis protected by law. We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. US Technical Jobs. The position you are applying for will require access to technology that is subject to U.S. export control and government contract restrictions. Employment with IonQ is contingent on either verifying “U.S. Person” (e.g., U.S. citizen, U.S. national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum) status for export controls and government contracts work, obtaining any necessary license, and/or confirming the availability of a license exception under U.S. export controls. Please note that in the absence of confirming you are a U.S. Person for export control and government contracts work purposes, IonQ may choose not to apply for a license or decline to use a license exception (if available) for you to access export-controlled technology that may require authorization, and similarly, you may not qualify for government contracts work that requires U.S. Persons, and IonQ may decline to proceed with your application on those bases alone. Accordingly, we will have some additional questions regarding your immigration status that will be used for export control and compliance purposes, and the answers will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law. US Non-Technical Jobs. Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Accordingly, we will have some additional questions regarding your immigration status that will be used for export control and compliance purposes, and the answers will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law. Product Manager, Foreign Exchange
Who we are About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies, from the world’s largest enterprises to ambitious startups, use Stripe to accept payments, manage their businesses, and grow their revenue. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a significant amount of work ahead. You’ll have an opportunity to help put the global economy within everyone’s reach. About the team The Foreign Exchange team builds the products and infrastructure that help Stripe users operate across currencies. Businesses increasingly operate globally from the moment they launch, collecting revenue, holding balances, paying suppliers, and managing expenses across multiple currencies. Managing those currencies remains fragmented. Finance teams must decide what to hold, when to convert, how to manage currency exposure, and how to reconcile the results. Today, these workflows often span banks, spreadsheets, treasury systems, and specialist FX providers. Stripe is uniquely positioned to simplify this. We sit at the center of the payments, Billing, balances, payouts, and settlement flows that create a business’s currency needs. Our vision is to make Stripe the financial home for businesses operating internationally, with a unified offering for holding, converting, and managing currencies and FX risk. A core part of this vision is making currency management agentic. We believe software agents will increasingly help businesses understand their FX position, recommend actions, and manage currencies within defined policies and controls. This could include Stripe-native agents that monitor exposure and take approved actions. It could also mean enabling customers’ own agents to use Stripe’s infrastructure to understand balances and exposures, obtain pricing, execute conversions or hedges, and reconcile the results. Our goal is to make Stripe the currency-management layer that both people and agents can build on. We will build these capabilities both for globally operating businesses and for the platforms and marketplaces that use Connect. What you’ll do We’re looking for a Product Manager to build a new area of Stripe’s FX and currency-management offering. This is a zero-to-one product role at the intersection of FX, treasury, and agentic AI. You will help define what agentic currency management should look like. That could mean Stripe-native agents that understand exposure, recommend actions, and execute within customer-defined policies. It could also mean enabling customers’ own agents to use Stripe’s FX infrastructure to understand balances, obtain pricing, manage risk, execute transactions, and reconcile the results. You will work directly with globally operating businesses to understand their most important currency-management problems. You will identify the right initial product wedge and take it from discovery through launch and iteration. Today, treasury teams assemble exposures from multiple systems, determine hedge requirements, monitor changing positions, request pricing, execute trades, and reconcile the results. We believe much of this workflow can become continuous, intelligent, and increasingly automated. You might build products that combine Stripe’s real-time view of payments, balances, and settlement activity with customer forecasts and policies to identify exposures and recommend actions. You might also define the APIs, permissions, controls, and financial primitives that allow customer or third-party agents to safely take those actions through Stripe. Over time, these systems could move from surfacing insights to requesting quotes, executing conversions or hedges, rebalancing positions, and escalating exceptions within clearly defined permissions. You will determine which intelligence Stripe should provide directly, which capabilities we should expose for others to build on, where humans should remain in the decision loop, and how we evaluate whether agents are making good decisions. Your product area could also include automated conversion and balance policies, recurring currency-management workflows, or capabilities distributed through Connect. The opportunity is broad. Your job will be to make it focused. You will determine where Stripe can create differentiated value, build the first product, measure whether it works, and use those learnings to shape the roadmap. You will work closely with Engineering and Design on product experiences, APIs, data models, agent behavior, controls, and system reliability. You will also partner with Treasury, Risk, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Product Marketing to ensure the products are economically sound, operationally scalable, and ready for customers. Product Designer, Player Experiences
Discord has a highly engaged community of millions of daily active users who use the platform for many different reasons, but there’s one thing that nearly everyone does: play video games. Discord plays a uniquely important role in the future of gaming, and we are focused on making it easier and more fun for people to hang out before, during, and after playing games. Our mission on the Developer Platform team is to help game studios succeed by creating meaningful experiences for players. As a B2B2C (business-to-business-to-consumer) team, we serve two key audiences. For game studios, we build smart integrations and intuitive tools that make it easy for developers and community managers to connect with players and bring the best of Discord into their games. For players, we enhance on-platform experiences that deepen their connection to the games they love and make it easier to build lasting friendships through play, which ties directly to Discord's mission of helping people find belonging. You'll focus on the player-facing side of that equation: the experiences players have on Discord and in-game as a result of studio integrations. For example, you might design in-game ways to invite Discord friends to play, mobile-friendly ways to see what friends are playing right now, or new ways to bring game moments and achievements onto Discord to spark social connection. Your work will span surfaces like in-game overlays, the Discord client, and Discord mobile, wherever players discover games, make new friends, and play together. As a product designer, you'll work across the full product development cycle, from early exploration through launch and iteration. In a given week, you might be prototyping an in-game invite flow, playtesting a mobile surface with your engineering partners, and walking the squad through your design rationale in a review. You'll bring a thoughtful mix of user empathy, systems thinking, and visual craft to solve meaningful problems for developers and players alike. If you're energized by complex challenges, passionate about games and community, and excited to help shape how studios partner with Discord, we'd love to hear from you. This person will report to the Sr. Product Design Manager on our Developer Platform Design team. What You'll Be Doing - Embed within the Player Experience squad and partner with a staff designer, engineers, product managers, and data scientists to design the player-facing side of studio integrations, from concept through launch and post-launch iteration. - Design player-facing features like friend invites, game presence, and shareable game moments, accounting for how developers configure and integrate them so the experience holds up across every game and platform. - Mix your visual, UX, and interaction design skills to solve for the constraints of both desktop and mobile surfaces, ensuring feature parity and quality. - Playtest your work regularly, iterating on feedback from players, peers, and leadership to reach a polished, production-ready experience. - Produce comprehensive design documentation and interactive prototypes, and keep them up to date as decisions evolve, so engineering and product partners can build with confidence. - Share work early and often in critiques and team reviews, and communicate the business and user-centered rationale behind design choices in forums such as design reviews, project-team meetings, and leadership discussions. What you should have - 2+ years of experience designing and shipping a web/app product for a variety of devices and platforms. - Experience designing consumer-facing mobile features specifically (not just responsive web), including familiarity with mobile platform conventions and constraints (iOS/Android). - An ownership mindset with a bias toward action, helping to drive projects and decisions forward. - A high craft bar and attention to detail in user experience, visual design, interaction design, and prototyping, with proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools to demonstrate interaction, functionality, and flows. - Ability to communicate complex problems and experiences simply, and to know when a user journey, wireframe, deck, prototype, or design specification will be most effective in doing so. - Experience working within a design system, and contributing back to it. - Experience designing for mature products, both against a vision and through incremental improvements. Bonus Points - Experience designing mobile-first experiences. - Casual or committed gamer, on mobile and PC. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $148,000 to $166,500 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits. Why Discord? Discord plays a uniquely important role in the future of gaming. We're a multiplatform, multigenerational and multiplayer platform that helps people deepen their friendships around games and shared interests, and helps developers build and grow their businesses. We believe games give us a way to have fun with our favorite people, whether listening to music together or grinding in competitive matches for diamond rank. Join us in our mission! Your future is just a click away! Discord is committed to inclusion and providing reasonable accommodations during the interview process. We want you to feel set up for success, so if you are in need of reasonable accommodations, please let your recruiter know. Senior Staff Product Manager
At Ripple, we’re building a world where value moves like information does today. It’s big, it’s bold, and we’re already doing it. Through our crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments and developers, we are improving the global financial system and creating greater economic fairness and opportunity for more people, in more places around the world. And we get to do the best work of our career and grow our skills surrounded by colleagues who have our backs. If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value. THE WORK: We seek a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead and develop our Trust Platform — the programmable controls, integrations, and tools that enable our products to function securely and reliably as we grow into more regulated, higher-risk markets such as banks and other regulated entities. You'll determine what features should be included in the platform and which ones become reusable components other teams can build upon. You will assess how the roadmap stands up to careful examination from regulators, bank diligence teams, and the product teams working on what you develop. You will work closely with Compliance, Legal, and Engineering, maintaining clear responsibility for the product roadmap and decisions. Why Now? - The regulatory landscape is growing. More jurisdictions, more counterparties, more edge cases — this needs someone thinking ahead of requirements, crafting our posture before it's forced on us. - Trust is a competitive advantage. Our strategy increasingly points at selling into banks and other regulated counterparties, who diligence maturity, auditability, and programmable controls as part of the buying decision. This work helps us secure agreements. - The platform opportunity is genuine and ready to develop. We have reached a stage where this logic should become a configurable core element for other teams to build upon. It involves deciding what is configurable, what forms an API, and the sequencing order. This is a true product invention challenge that requires focused attention. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Own the roadmap for some of our highest-stakes regulatory surfaces. Get ahead of new jurisdictions and requirements. Build something durable enough to hold up to bank-grade diligence. - Define the scope and develop the Trust Platform by deciding which components should be reusable. Identify the initial use case(s). Manage the balance between flexibility and control as other teams build upon it. - Build tooling for information-request and review workflows that scales across product lines, rather than requiring headcount growth to keep pace with volume. - Collaborate across departments with Compliance, Legal, and Engineering to translate regulatory and risk requirements into product decisions. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: - 5-7 years of experience in fintech, crypto, or another regulated technology space. Significant tenure as a Product Manager, including work at a Staff or Senior Staff level. - A history of developing and expanding platform products — reusable primitives and APIs that other teams rely on. - Experience in compliance, risk, trust and safety, or another high-stakes regulatory domain, with the technical depth to reason about system build and tradeoffs. - Ability to operate independently across a wide collaborator matrix — Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and other product teams — while retaining clear product ownership. - Comfort prioritizing and building something new in a high-ambiguity environment. If you want to define what a trust and risk platform looks like at scale, we'd love to talk. For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. CA Annual Base Salary Range $216,000 - $270,000 USD WHO WE ARE: Do Your Best Work - The opportunity to build in a fast-paced start-up environment with experienced industry leaders - A learning environment where you can dive deep into the latest technologies and make an impact. A professional development budget to support other modes of learning. - Thrive in an environment where no matter what race, ethnicity, gender, origin, or culture they identify with, every employee is a respected, valued, and empowered part of the team. - In-office collaboration for moments that matter is important to our culture, and we give managers and teams the flexibility to decide which 10+ days a month they come in. - Bi-weekly all-company meeting - business updates and ask me anything style discussion with our Leadership Team - We come together for moments that matter which include team offsites, team bonding activities, happy hours and more! But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Product Designer, Growth
About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Growth at Anthropic is about helping people discover what Claude can do and make it part of how they work, from someone's first session to an entire company rolling out Claude. We're a small design team working across all of Anthropic's products, on problems that often don't have established playbooks, because the products and the capabilities behind them change so quickly. We drive growth by making the product itself better, favoring foundational changes and new product experiences over small optimizations. Our focus spans whatever most limits Anthropic's growth, and priorities can shift quickly. As a senior Product Designer on Growth, you'll own how Claude grows with people who use it for their everyday work. You'll dig into why some people make Claude a habit and others don't, find the real bottlenecks, and lead the product changes that move them. You'll set the vision for this area, partner closely with product, engineering, and data science, and raise the quality bar for the designers around you. We're looking for designers who thrive in ambiguity and pair sharp diagnostic judgment with exceptional craft. You form a clear point of view from messy signals, prototype quickly to test it, and drive alignment across teams to ship it. You use tools like Claude Code to explore ideas and push what's possible. Key responsibilities - Own growth for how people use Claude in their everyday work, end to end, as your full-time focus - Diagnose what drives deep, habitual use and what blocks it, combining data, research, and hands-on time in the product - Set an opinionated vision for the area and turn it into a roadmap with your PM, engineering, and data science partners - Redesign core parts of the product to drive growth, from onboarding and first-run experiences to the everyday workflows people rely on most - Shape hypotheses and experiments, and judge results with a nuanced view of how we win, not just the topline metric - Deliver exceptionally crafted interactions and set the quality bar for your area - Drive alignment with partner teams whose work touches your area, connecting individual use to team and company adoption - Mentor other designers, and frame problems clearly enough that others can own them - Prototype and test ideas quickly with Claude Code and other AI tools Minimum qualifications - A portfolio of shipped product design work that shows product vision and a high level of craft - Experience owning growth for a major product area end to end, including diagnosing problems and setting direction - Deep growth design experience in activation, onboarding, retention, engagement, or expansion, on a product at meaningful scale - Hands-on experience designing, launching, and interpreting experiments, and using them to make product decisions - Fluency with product analytics such as funnels, retention, and engagement - Proficiency with design, prototyping, and AI tools, such as Figma and Claude Code, and a habit of learning new tools to push what's possible - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience driving alignment across product, engineering, and data science Preferred qualifications - Experience leading growth strategy across multiple teams or product areas - Experience designing enterprise/B2B SaaS, productivity, or collaboration tools - Experience with product-led growth, from a single user to a team to a company-wide rollout - Experience mentoring designers or shaping a design practice - Comfort querying data yourself with SQL or a similar tool - Experience prototyping with front-end code (e.g., HTML/CSS/JS) - Experience defining AI-powered workflows for yourself or your team - A clear point of view on when a product should ask for attention, and when it should stay out of the way - Passion for building safe, beneficial AI that helps people do their best work Representative projects - Diagnose why some people make a product part of their daily work and others drift away, then lead the changes that close the gap - Redesign a core part of the product so people return to it more often and get more value each time - Set the vision for a product's first-run experience and lead it through experiments to a redesigned, permanent flow - Design the path from one person's daily use to their whole team adopting it The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $305,000 - $460,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time.
