Senior Product Manager, Xsolla Pages
ABOUT YOU We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who has built and scaled programmatic systems at consumer commerce companies. You've shipped great products, you know how SEO works under the hood, and you can reason about architecture for systems that produce millions of units of output from structured inputs. You'll join Xsolla Pages — a CEO-priority initiative — as the IC product lead who turns vision into a real, indexed, monetizing product surface. You'll partner closely with different teams within the company in a true cross-functional environment. You thrive when handed a complex, partially-defined system and asked to bring order to it: defining specs for new verticals, designing the auto-generation backbone, instrumenting the analytics, and integrating attribution — all in tight sprint cycles. If you've done this at Shopify, Etsy, Pinterest, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Wix, or Airbnb, we want to talk to you. ABOUT US Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game. For more information, visit xsolla.com . Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end product delivery for new verticals — Games, Influencers, Retail, Telecom — from strategy through specs to partner launch. • Own the page auto-generation system for millions of dynamically-generated pages: UGC integration, SEO automation, sitemap generation, Schema.org structured data, and 26-language localization. • Define and instrument KPIs across all Pages plugins (claim rate, conversion, indexation, partner adoption); build dashboards with the analytics team. • Own ELIAA attribution integration end-to-end — technical design, alignment with the ELIAA team, integration into the XLA Pages architecture. • Manage the Pages product backlog across multiple Jira projects (SB, XPF, XPM, XLAPAGES, EXM); run sprint planning, dependency tracking, deadline management. • Partner with engineering, design, SEO, BD, and partner-facing teams to ship with quality and speed. • Serve as the subject-matter expert for Pages across the Xsolla org — translate executive vision into engineering execution. Qualifications & Skills: • 6+ years of product management experience at a consumer-facing D2C platform with a large catalog of programmatically-generated pages (Shopify, Etsy, Pinterest, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Wix, Airbnb, or similar). • Demonstrated experience shipping complex web-centric systems with measurable SEO outcomes (organic traffic growth, indexation rate, ranking improvements). • Strong technical literacy — comfortable reading API specs, reasoning about data flow, working with engineers on system architecture (you don't need to code, but you need to think like one). • Hands-on experience with SEO at scale: structured data, sitemap strategy, server-side rendering, Core Web Vitals. • Track record of defining KPIs and building analytics instrumentation for new product surfaces. • Experience managing complex backlogs across multiple Jira projects with cross-team dependencies. • Excellent written communication — you'll write specs, PRDs, and partner-facing docs that need to be unambiguous. • Bias for action and comfort in a fast-moving, partially-defined environment. Nice To Have: • Experience in gaming, esports, or game-publisher commerce. • Familiarity with attribution platforms (ELIAA, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch). • Experience with global products. • Prior experience with payment platforms or merchant-of-record models. • AI-friendly Benefits: We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. Product Owner, Subscriptions
What we're building Xsolla Subscriptions is a subscription monetization engine for games that covers the full lifecycle. Publishers use it to power battle passes, premium memberships, season passes, and other recurring mechanics — creating plans, running trials, and handling renewals, failed payments, and cancellations. Track subscribers, churn, and revenue in one place. As merchant of record, Xsolla also covers global recurring payments, tax, refunds, and chargebacks. The team owns that whole surface: plans and pricing, renewals and retry logic, trials and grace periods, churn and recovery, and the subscriber and publisher experience. The role You own the Subscriptions roadmap. Your core job runs end to end: research and discovery, prioritization, pushing work into development, delivery, and then educating the sales team and preparing the documentation that ships with each release. That means staying close to the publishers who run subscription businesses on Xsolla and to their subscribers. You find what moves retention and revenue, decide what gets built and in what order, and drive it from idea through delivery and adoption. Subscriptions depend on many products across Xsolla. You'll work with a tech lead and engineers, and coordinate across Payments, Anti-fraud, Auth, Catalog, Shop Builder, LiveOps, Analytics, and others. About Xsolla Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game. For more information, visit xsolla.com . What you'll do - Research and discovery. Study competitors, interview publishers and partners to uncover their needs, and dig into subscriber and payment data to find what's worth building. - Collect requirements and design features. Turn findings into clear requirements and feature designs. - Own the roadmap. Decide what gets built, in what order, and why. Maintain a clear rationale the team and stakeholders can rely on. - Deliver and coordinate. Drive features to production and keep the cross-product dependencies moving. - Post-delivery support. Support marketing materials preparation, train the sales team, and prepare integration-team materials and public documentation. What we're looking for - 4+ years in product, with real time on subscription, billing, or payments products. - A solid understanding of subscription economics and lifecycle, ideally in games — battle passes, premium memberships, season passes, and others. - Comfort with billing mechanics: renewals, proration, dunning and retry, grace periods, refunds, chargebacks, and tax. - A track record of taking features from research to shipped, and making prioritization calls without full information. - Systems thinking: you understand how a pricing or billing decision compounds across many publishers and their subscribers. Daily use of AI tools is assumed and expected. It is a significant plus if you have a strategic vision for applying machine learning to core subscription challenges—such as churn prediction, retry timing, and dynamic pricing—or possess hands-on experience in the field. Why this team Subscriptions are one of the fastest-growing forms of monetization in games — predictable revenue, low overhead, strong loyalty — and now outpace one-off and in-game purchases in growth. Small gains in recovery or conversion have a huge impact across thousands of publishers. You'll own a high-impact product with direct visibility to engineering and business leadership. Benefits: We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, unlimited Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Together, we’re not just building a business; we’re cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with the Fair Chance Act.
Product Owner, DevX and AI — Shop Builder
ABOUT YOU We are looking for a Product Owner, DevX and AI who is developer-obsessed, systems-minded, and energized by building platforms that other builders rely on — to join our Shop Builder team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to own a roadmap that directly shapes how publishers and developers integrate, extend, and monetize through Xsolla. Strong analytical skills and technical expertise are essential, along with experience in developer-facing products, APIs, SDKs, or platforms where other builders are your customer. The ability to translate developer friction into sequenced roadmap decisions and manage cross-functional dependencies will be key to your success in this role. If you’re passionate about advancing developer experience and love building innovative API surfaces and AI-native tooling that give game developers the power to build and monetize however they want, we would love to hear from you! ABOUT US Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game. For more information, visit xsolla.com. What We’re Building Shop Builder is Xsolla’s storefront platform, used by publishers and game developers to launch and operate game shops, from straightforward catalog and webshops to fully custom storefronts built headless on our backend. The platform is built around a core commitment: publishers can run their business how they want, with their brand, their frontend, and their integrations. Delivering on that commitment requires a deep developer layer that enables our partners to monetize their games however they want to. The DevX and AI team owns the public APIs, documentation, and AI features that give developers, and AI agents, the full surface they need to customize and extend the platform. This team enables publishers to build what they need independently, and accelerates our own teams who deliver custom integrations for clients. Responsibilities - Own the roadmap. Decide what gets built, in what order, and why. Maintain a clear rationale the team and stakeholders can rely on. - Represent developers. Engage directly with partners, agencies, and the teams who build on Shop Builder’s APIs. Surface their friction and translate it into product requirements. - Define API shape and scope. Collaborate with engineers to specify what each API surface exposes, what it withholds, and what format developers and agents expect. - Coordinate across teams. The APIs this team ships depend on teams across Xsolla, including payments, auth, catalog, and live ops. Own those relationships and keep them moving. - Set the definition of done. Documentation, evals, developer experience quality, and partner feedback are part of shipping — not afterthoughts. Qualifications & Skills - 4+ years of product experience, with meaningful time spent on developer-facing products, APIs, SDKs, developer tooling, or platforms where other builders are your customer. - Software development background, with time writing and shipping code to production systems. You understand what makes a developer experience work, and you hold that standard in specs, reviews, and tradeoff conversations. - Genuine interest in the craft of developer experience: reading and debating API contracts, sweating the details of an SDK interface, understanding why a CLI flow breaks down, and finding the friction points developers hit before they say anything. - Comfort with a fast-moving domain. AI-native development is changing quickly, and you’ll need to make good prioritization calls without waiting for the picture to fully settle. - Systems thinking. You understand second-order consequences and can articulate your reasoning clearly to engineering and business leadership. - Experience with AI-native developer workflows (MCP, agents, LLM-integrated tooling) is a meaningful advantage. This team builds for AI as a first-class user of the platform. Why This Team Publishers expect control. They want their storefront to reflect their brand, integrate with their stack, and adapt to how they operate. The developer surface this team owns is what makes that possible at scale. AI is accelerating what’s possible here faster than most platforms are moving. Agents that can build and deploy a working webshop from a prompt are on the near-term roadmap. The team is well-positioned to lead this, and the PO role is central to making it land well. You’ll join a team with real momentum, take on meaningful ownership quickly, and have direct visibility to engineering and business leadership. Benefits We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program.
