Product Manager, New Games

This is where the Product Managers play a key role 🗝️ As our newest PM , you'll be joining one of our new game teams . You will be responsible for building up strong relationships with development teams, as well as own the product roadmap & strategy, all in close collaboration with our Heads of New Game productions. Whilst we cannot share a lot about our new game projects just yet 🤫, we're exploring and playing around with a variety of cores and gaming experiences. So if you're a Product Manager with a strong track record in the casual or hybrid-casual mobile gaming industry, then you might just be our missing piece! 🧩 📍 This role is based in our beautiful Copenhagen office. We offer full relocation support to those coming from outside of Denmark. Monetisation Product Manager

We are currently growing our games teams and are on the search for a Product Monetization Manager to join Tactile. We believe commercial success and fantastic player experience must go hand-in-hand, and this is where you come in: You’ll be responsible for developing daily promotional plans and their implementation. Specifically, you’ll be in charge of campaign designs and operational launches, the creative development of all communication channels, QA at launch, monitoring and analyzing results, and reacting accordingly. With your deep understanding of player motivations, you’ll provide valuable and continuous feedback as you identify areas for maximizing player experiences and driving our games’ revenue growth. This role is based in our beautiful Copenhagen office , as we truly believe that when talented people work closely together, amazing things happen! We therefore offer full relocation support to those coming from outside of Denmark. Okay, let’s get a little bit more specific. Here’s what you’ll be doing on the day-to-day as a Monetization Manager: - Creating fun, engaging features and improvements for our liveops puzzle games, balancing player experience with business impact. - Designing and optimizing monetization features, offers, promotions, and events that align with player motivations and company goals. - Contributing throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and live operations. - Making data-driven decisions and continuously improving features based on performance metrics, player feedback, and market insights. - Planning, running, and analyzing A/B tests to validate ideas and optimize engagement, retention, and monetization. - Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences for millions of players. - Staying up to date with the mobile F2P and puzzle games market, analyzing trends and sharing insights with the team. What we’re looking for: - Experience working on product development, LiveOps, or monetization within mobile free-to-play games. - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset (SQL is a plus!). - Solid understanding of player motivations, UX, game design, and monetization mechanics. - Deep knowledge of the casual mobile puzzle games market. - Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
