What You Will Do We are looking for a Product Analyst to help evolve one of our leading game franchises at Scopely. You will join a team of Product Analysts, partnering with our game team as well as central data platform and publishing teams, using player and product insights to focus our efforts on the most impactful performance and sustainable long-term health of the game. - Work across diverse teams through the full game development lifecycle, from defining goals and metrics through to monitoring and iterating actions based on live outcomes - Help set the direction for new features, analysing rich and varied data sets representing the behaviour of millions of players to understand where our best opportunities exist - Model and track data events, debugging and problem-solving using your mathematical and systems thinking skills to ensure the quality and utility of your findings - Use SQL and Python to conduct deep-dive analyses, build robust analytical frameworks, and evaluate the impact of product launches, features, events, and live game changes on key player and business metrics - Apply advanced statistical modeling, causal inference, and machine learning techniques - such as Difference-in-Differences, regression modeling, predictive modeling, and other appropriate methods - to understand whether observed changes in metrics are driven by product actions, player behavior shifts, or external factors - Translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across product, design, economy, engineering, and leadership teams - Present findings to multiple disciplines, using empathy, storytelling, and influencing skills to demonstrate relevance, support decision-making, and raise the overall insight maturity of teams across the studio What We’re Looking For - Successful track record in an Analyst, Data Scientist or Business Intelligence related role - Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience working with large and complex datasets - Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, automation, and advanced analytical workflows - Experience applying statistical modeling, causal inference, experimentation, and/or machine learning methods to answer complex product or business questions - Strong understanding of statistical concepts and the ability to choose the right analytical method based on the business question, data structure, and available evidence - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal - Compelling presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses and technical results into clear re

As we continue to expand and evolve the game, we are seeking a highly driven and analytical Senior Product Manager to own the performance and strategic direction of our live content, including monthly events, offers, and player experience. What You’ll Do As the Product Manager – Performance, you’ll contribute to the optimization and execution of strategies that improve player engagement, retention, and monetization across our live game. You will focus on key LiveOps pillars such as events, feature performance, and live sales; ensuring that everything we launch is performant, data-informed, and player-first. You’ll play a key role in supporting high-impact live systems by analyzing results, identifying improvement areas, and partnering with other stakeholders to adjust live operations in real time. Key responsibilities include: - Monitor and evaluate the performance of recurring events, LiveOps features, and in-game offers, identifying areas of improvement through player data and KPIs. - Support the implementation and tuning of reward structures, pacing, and monetization strategies across multiple player segments. - Help develop scalable, repeatable workflows for tracking LiveOps effectiveness and supporting in-flight adjustments to maximize performance. - Collaborate with Product Ops, Design, Economy, and Analytics to review event configurations and support the timely execution of LiveOps initiatives. What We’re Looking For - 2-4 years of experience in product management, preferably with exposure to LiveOps in a free-to-play mobile game environment. - Strong analytical mindset and experience working with product KPIs, dashboards, and A/B testing frameworks. - Excellent communication and organization skills; able to coordinate effectively across teams including design, product marketing, economy, and data science. - Attention to detail and a deep appreciation for the player experience. - Passion for games, with an understanding of F2P systems, progression loops, and player behaviour. Work Schedule This role follows a non-standard working schedule to support close collaboration with a U.S.-based team.
