This role sits at the intersection of client needs and core product: working closely with Client Services and Growth to understand what clients need, identify when custom work is warranted, and own the build from decision through delivery. You are the connective tissue between Maven's market-facing teams and core product. You spend meaningful time on client calls, embedded with client-facing teams, and in RFP processes where product depth matters. You also manage one or more PMs. The right person is deeply fluent in benefits and eligibility systems, comfortable with external stakeholders, and knows how to build a principled framework for what gets built, when, and by whom. What You’ll Do: - Custom product work in partnership with Client Services and Growth: understanding commercial priorities, building a clear framework for what to evaluate, prioritize, and build alongside core product and engineering - A triage and prioritization framework for client requests: evaluate against platform leverage, sequence against the core roadmap, route to the right owner, and communicate decisions back to Client Services and Growth with clarity - Forward-deployed product work: meaningful time embedded with client-facing teams, on client calls, and in RFP processes where product depth matters - Support one or more PMs: your job is to set them up for success, invest in their development, and help them do the best work of their career What You’ll Bring: - 7+ years in product with meaningful time in health be

We’re looking for an AI-forward Product Designer to own member-facing maternity experiences from 0→1 concepts through shipped features. You will use AI as a core part of how you think, design, and build not as an add-on. As a Product Designer at Maven, you will: - Design key maternity journeys and features end-to-end, using AI to compress timelines and explore more options faster. - Build functional, high-fidelity prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) moving beyond static mockups. - Design agentic, adaptive UX where AI anticipates member needs, communicates confidence, and connects people to human care at the right moment. - Define how the system handles uncertainty, manages AI fallbacks, and maintains trust in high-stakes health contexts. - Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Clinical, and Data to scope MVPs, shape model outputs into intuitive interfaces, and ship with momentum. - Contribute scalable AI-powered patterns to our design system confidence indicators, human-AI handoffs, progressive disclosure of AI content. What you’ll bring - AI fluency: You use AI tools daily (Claude, Figma AI, Relume, or similar) with strong prompting skills. This is a high-impact surface that touches every clinical program Maven runs. Getting it right is foundational to everything else working. This is an early-career role with real ownership. You will work closely with the VP of Product, Healthcare and partner with engineering, operations, and finance to deliver on a roadmap that includes in-house claims adjudication, payer integrations, and the operational tooling that keeps Maven's payments infrastructure running. This is a builder role — you will be hands-on in the work from day one. What you will do - Own the Claims & Payments product surface: claims adjudication logic, payer and employer reconciliation, payment operations tooling, and provider payments - Partner with engineering and operations to define requirements, write specs, and ship improvements to claims processing workflows - Instrument and monitor claims and payments data — identify where errors occur, where reconciliation breaks down, and surface findings to the team - Work closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Payment Operations to understand business requirements and translate them into product solutions - Support the long-term migration away from Alegeus — contributing to discovery, requirements gathering, and execution as the roadmap evolves - Learn Maven's payments infrastructure end to end — payer integrations, adjudication logic, employer configuration — and become the person who knows it best What we are looking for &
