Senior Product Owner – NetSuite

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Owner – NetSuite who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the CTO, Director of Technology Operations and key Finance stakeholders, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our NetSuite OneWorld ecosystem. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for business systems and integration with your capacity for cross-functional collaboration and strategic leadership. You'll thrive in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results. What you will do Define, develop, and execute the strategic vision for NetSuite and related business systems. Collaborate across Finance, Product, Supply Chain, and Tech to prioritise and deliver impactful system enhancements. Manage a clear, prioritised backlog aligned with business needs and technical feasibility. Guide the design and implementation of robust customisations and integrations with developers, architects, and third-party partners. Own delivery processes including sprint planning, reviews, release management, and change adoption. Drive user-adoption and training programmes and enforce best practices in system usage and data integrity. Use system performance and operational data to guide prioritisation and measure success of delivered solutions. What you should bring A degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a focus on NetSuite. Expertise with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, or related NetSuite tools. Solid understanding of financial, operational, and supply chain processes in multi-entity environments. Proven ability to build product roadmaps and deliver in agile teams. Experience designing or contributing to ERP systems architecture in multi-entity environments. Preferred qualifications: NetSuite certifications, accounting knowledge or qualifications, project management experience, or a background in SaaS/high-growth environments. We are currently looking for a Product Manager – App & Digital Experience who will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our health division's digital products. You will lead the development of intuitive, engaging, and trusted app and web experiences that support customers throughout their women’s health journey. Working closely with technology, design, content, medical, and commercial teams, you will use customer insights and data to define the product roadmap, prioritise improvements, and deliver digital experiences that increase engagement, satisfaction, and long-term value. What you will do Own and continuously evolve the end-to-end digital customer experience across the Health Companion App, website, webshop, and connected digital touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and engaging consumer journey. Define and execute the product roadmap for the Companion App and digital ecosystem, prioritizing new features, UX improvements, personalization, educational content, community experiences, and commerce capabilities that increase engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. Optimize the complete digital customer journey—from discovery and education to purchase, onboarding, engagement, and repeat purchase—leveraging customer insights, behavioral analytics, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization. Build and continuously improve the digital commerce experience, working closely with Growth, Brand, and Commercial teams to optimize product discovery, merchandising, checkout flows, subscriptions, cross-selling, and overall webshop performance. Develop a robust product analytics and measurement framework, including KPI dashboards, customer research, feature performance, A/B testing, and feedback loops, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to continuously enhance the digital ecosystem. What you should bring Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Digital Experience Manager, or E-commerce product manager in high-growth startups, scale-ups, or venture-building environments; experience in FemTech, HealthTech, wellness, subscription, DTC, or consumer technology is a strong plus. Demonstrated success owning and optimizing digital ecosystems including mobile apps, websites, webshops, and customer engagement platforms, with a strong track record of delivering customer-centric product improvements and commercial growth. Strong expertise in digital product management, UX/UI, customer journeys, e-commerce optimization, mobile ecosystems, personalization, product analytics, experimentation, and lifecycle engagement. Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, able to translate customer insights, business priorities, and market opportunities into intuitive digital experiences while thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams, manage external technology partners and agencies, prioritize effectively, and drive continuous product innovation across multiple digital platforms.
