Position Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various members of the game team to drive feature development to success.
- Work with Designers and Producers to create and approve necessary requirements for future features and iterations.
- Initiate comprehensive testing strategies for features that will be tested in-game.
- Review game KPIs to proactively identify opportunities, trends, and threats as well as monitor performance of various game elements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive market.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager  in the gaming industry  (social, mobile, or casino gaming preferred)
- Experience managing the full cycle of in-game features and mechanics
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Designers, Engineers, Analysts, Producers)
- Passion for games and a deep understanding of player motivations and market trends
