Welcome to our Product Management Rotational Program - a selective, fast-paced, 12-month immersive experience where you will work directly on live game development teams.
The Mission: 3 Products. 4 Months Each. Limitless Growth. Why stick to one project? Over the course of one year, you will rotate through three product teams for four months each. You’ll experience different team dynamics, lifecycle stages (from concept to live-ops), and monetization strategies - building a massive internal network along the way.
What we are looking for: We want a proactive, data-driven thinker focused on impact. Experience isn't everything - your mindset matters most. If you can connect the dots, spot opportunities, and work strategically to drive growth and engagement, you belong here. A passion for gaming and a strong understanding of player behavior are essential.
